MyProtein Cancelled my order
Cancelled my order due to some fraud flag, when it was resolved told me you wasn’t able to reinstate my order if I reorder I lose initial sign up deal and friend referral deal make it more expensive. I put a complaint in and have still not had an adequate response
*UPDATE*
Update on this now I feel sufficient time has elapsed.
I received a message as stated below, they offered me $20 credit which would mean if I made the same order I would be out of pocked compared to the initial order. My friend would not receive their referral bonus and that is assuming I still got the bank holiday discount which that deal had ended.
If I was to reorder it would have been a a significantly higher cost.
Having replied to the below message on their site and explained this on 14/04/26 I have still not had a response.
Clearly they are not sorry for this issue and the customer service and follow up is lacking.

Great product BUT MISLEADING ADS, and dopey Support
Great product - totally incompetent advertising. Advert on social media clearly states, with no doubt whatsoever, that an "extra 10% off App Orders - Auto Applies".
Personally not fazed, but two responses from Support stating "Our policy permits the use of only one discount code or promotional offer per transaction".
Alas, that is not what the ad states.
Busted. And Misleading. Well, not misleading; these people are just plain wrong.
Great product by the way. But freight taking 7-8 days these days is somewhat off.

They send you promos that don’t exist…
They send you promos that don’t exist and then when you reach out to them they are not helpful. They use predatory methods to say off on all products, and you can’t find their promo terms and conditions to see what products are eligible.
They customer support is completely useless, the quality of the protein has gone downhill.
This was probably my last order with them because I wanted to use my credits and won’t order again.
Edit: Nice of you to say you can’t find my account. I think that’s how you dismiss the reviews. I got an email from you guys to add the review here, I didn’t just feel like adding a review here on my own. I’m guessing go figure how your process automatically sends emails to people who order. Thanks.
