If i could score 0 for this I would. 3 emails to.the company unanswered, no information available for tracking until I took it to pay pal and demanded my money back on product I never received. Try to support small business to be taken advantage of. Don't use this company

Have not received order

Have not received order. Was given tracking number but no details who the carrier was so could not get details on ETA. Multiple emails and contact us submissions unanswered for weeks. Finally discovered who the carrier was through Google search of tracking number and contacted carrier. Carrier advised package lost. Only heard from The Adventure Challenge after sending Facebook message, but still waiting on The Adventure Challenge to respond to get replacement sent out

Don't Waste Your Money

UPDATE- 3 weeks later and still no contact from the company! They do not care.

I've never taken the time to write a bad review in my life, If I could give 0 stars I would love to. Delivery not made by the time stated, which means I wont be receiving this. The 'tracking' they provide just states "Tracking number allocated" and there is no way of contacting the company except an email which they don't know how to monitor. 'Live chat' does not allow you to type or speak to anyone either. Three emails sent over a week and they don't bother to reply or even acknowledge it at the least. Worst business I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from.

Christmas gift ruined

Order hasn't arrived and despite contacting the support team, I have had no response. When using the support chat on the website it states there are no orders with my account!

My books turned up really quickly and in perfect condition

My books turned up really quickly and in perfect condition (I was a bit worried looking at many of the other reviews here).
I've scratched the first challenge (solo) and it's very easy and a cute idea...no stress.
Only thing is this is advertised as The Adventure Challenge Australia but it is just the American book (refers to a burger chain we don't have) so it being 'Australian' is a bit of a misnomer.

Missing part of order, meant for a Christmas gift.

I bought a bundle offer and one of the books was going to be given as a Christmas gift. Upon delivery today (4 days before said gift is to be exchanged) only one of the books was included and it was not the one to be gifted. At no time through the order or delivery stage (the order was placed a number of weeks ago) was it indicated that only one of the two books would arrive, otherwise I would not have placed the order.
I have since emailed the company advising of the issue, but unlikely to have this resolved prior to gift giving on Sunday. Very disappointed, particularly as no acknowledgement of missing item was made.

Customer service is non existant

Customer service is non existant. Order the books. Weeks later still had not arrived. Sent an email asking just gave delivery company details offered no futher assistance. Was no longer their problem once I had paid.

Items not received, no communication

It has been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my order. The last correspondence I had was on 3rd December saying that it was on its way but there was no tracking availability. Nobody has replied to my emails. I only ordered this because it said it shipped from Melbourne and would arrive in time for Christmas. There is no contact number and only one email address which I already tried, therefore I would not recommend buying from this company if you are in Australia. I am happy to adjust my review if someone could contact me or my order arrives.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service! Takes days to respond by email and doesn’t even address your concerns. Oversells stock and then makes you wait weeks, not even getting the product in time for Christmas despite ordered November 11th! Once half my order actually arrived it arrived as a book alone, no box and nothing to use to scratch the book with but funnily enough if you use the wrong thing to scratch it off with and damage the book they won’t replace it! Plenty of other gifts to get people not worth the money or the headache dealing with their terrible team
