Good Service, Minor Nitpicks
The order came in good condition overall, however:
The screen has two minor scratches, nothing big but not pristine.
The Oled display has some noticeable burn in of non IOS ui elements (mainly tik tok navigation bar) indicating large amounts of use before sell.
The battery condition is 73% health, being indicated as “deteriorated and in need of service”
Overall, I’m happy with the product and the time of the shipping, just minor inconveniences which will require time and money to fix which I wasn’t expecting after reading through the grading site.

It was easy to find a replacement phone in good condition and it arrived swiftly. Although there was a minor problem with the phone, a local store sorted this with minimal fuss. Price was very competitive and warranty is reassuring.
