I bought many things now and they always come well packed and never any issues.
When there was an issue with ordering shipping thee customer support answered me on a Sunday and solved the problem in a couple of hours.

Terrible experience using this. Was a first time user and not in the bussiness of auctioning so I am a private buyer so to speak. I won an auction and as soon as the invoice was issued suddenly my total came to a LOT more than expected. There are so many hidden fees it’s crazy. There was a hammer fee of around £10 but then also a buyer’s premium of 20% of the total price. Plus expensive shipping of about £90 - there is no other option available unless you want to sort your own. ON TOP OF THAT they don’t tell you that this price does not include VAT. So upon arrival to the UK I had to pay a hefty customs fee. Overall I paid twice as much as the price of the item in fees!! When I called to complain that none of these extra charges were visible to me once I entered a legally binding auction they basically said “sorry you feel that way, can’t help” Absolutely disgraceful of a Swedish company!

A terrible time was experienced using this auction site. Nothing is coordinated. The sales are not regulated by the host company & the various salerooms carry on doing business as they please. Using, at times, sharp practices & perfidious underhanded acts of scamming the clients. As they say, 'Once bitten' ! Never again will I tread into this treacherous, expensive minefield of exploitation.

I bought a 1946 Levin Model 62 parlour guitar from Kalmar Auktionsverk via Auctionet, and it's a beauty. I was a bit worried, as it's always a risk buying a guitar at auction, but the action is low, the neck is straight, and I'm really pleased I got it.

My winning bid was £96, but there's a fee of around 25% on top of that, and it cost £114 for delivery and import charges, so the total cost came to about £230. Still, for a lovely vintage guitar, I think that's well worth it.

It took a while to arrive, about six weeks, so don't freak out if it feels slow. That's just the way it is. It was well packaged, and overall I'm very happy I took the chance.

I'm very skint at the moment, but in a year or so, if I’ve got a bit more money, I’d be happy to bid on Auctionet again.

Not quite understanding the interplay between Auctionet and my local auctioneer, I bid and won an item of a small collection of memorabilia and then the confusion began. I have a shipping address for the lot, a present for a young boy on his birthday. Assuming it would be a reasonable cost added. Not the case. I paid . For the item with no indication of when the item would be delivered. Ultimately I pad more in courier fees than the lot and ended up collecting myself anyway.

Paid €530 for transport and now after 10 days nobody knows where is my purchase. Two big chairs are gone nobody knows where they went.
