Feedback is prompt and customer service is quite engaging and polite. I passed my challenge phase and they gave me a new account for the verification phase after about 2 days. I am working to also pass this phase hopefully and I can see how they respond with a funded account.

All rules are good but even though they removed the consistency rule. The 2mins trading rules still exist, it feels like a consistency rule but the worst rule of all. For example during volatility when you opened a position, you cannot put sl or tp since it might hit within a minute. If your risk is 100pips sl it might go higher just like my case, it became 700pips sl because i cannot just set sl and i need to wait for 2min to set things, it is not designed to help you become disciplined, based on my experience it is designed to fail the and lose the account. Sadly, i thought they want to help traders. I was wrong. This is my honest feedback and i need to test things before giving this review

Be aware with this fake profirm totally disrespectful They are scammers with nice website because they don’t allow Scalping they will find out any way to reject payout even the everything is full fraud nothing real they selling demo accounts

​I had a dispute regarding a DCA rule violation on my $120k account. I want to thank the risk management team for going the extra mile and reviewing my case manually. They acknowledged that my main profit was earned fairly 2 days after the incident and offered a one-time exception. We agreed on a profit adjustment, and my account remains in good standing.
​The support is responsive and fair. Currently waiting for the payout to arrive. I will update the review once the funds are received.

The first stage went without any problems, the MT5 terminal works fine, without any delays, I give it 5 stars

All kinds of trading are prohibited trading according to their "Prohibited Trading Practices", so eventually you will be violating some form of vaguely defined rule, for example, such as "Uncritical Directional Trading =
Consistently initiating trades in a single direction without proper market analysis or strategic rationale is considered irresponsible and is not permitted." Honestly, just like all other "challenge prop firms" on the market, it's simply a pure joke.

Great condition and best prop firm for beginners..

I had a situation where my payout required additional review, but after direct contact and a call with the risk team, everything was handled professionally.

They took the time to listen, reviewed my case thoroughly, and kept communication open throughout the process. After the review, my payout was approved and paid out.

I appreciate the effort from the risk team and the professional way this was resolved. Glad to see that they take cases seriously and are willing to look into situations properly.

I bought a 120k ability challenge and cleared both phases . Support is good though it is operational only in uk time .

The only problem I had was with 2 min rules , but they let it slip in both first and second stage and progressed me to the funded stage giving me a warning . This shows the company is legit .

I had a very good experience; this is a reputable fund with a long-standing history. In particular, whenever there is an issue, the support team assists you very quickly via email. You can completely trust them and join the challenge – highly recommend.
