I mistakenly sent in a poor review on Audien hearing. After further research the review should've been on Hue hearing aids and NOT AUDIEN. I purchased BTE aids from audien
I purchased BTE aids from audien. One night as I was taking out my hearing aid to charge one hearing aid came apart. I contacted their customer disservice and got permission to send the broken aid to them for evaluation. If it was a manufacture defect I would get a replacement free. Today I heard from audien and they say I broke it! Their line used by everyone in customer disservice is " I understand completely how frustrating this is" every single email starts with that line or something similar. I have one hearing aid working now with no intentions of ever using audien again.
