Bethany was amazing with Neil, she also taught me a lot i didn't know.

Everything was so helpful and explained very well satisfied enough to feel better.

From the moment I walked in I was put at ease.Receptionist was friendly and professional.Teresa was a fantastic person and audiologist.She was completely professional,but not only that ,she was fantastic to talk to and the appointment never felt hurried.

Callum at Hidden Hearing Aberdeen was fabulous! He took his time and explained everything as he gave me a very thorough exam. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several very helpful suggestions. The best audiologist appointment I have had. I will be going back to Hidden Hearing for all my hearing aid needs.

The best experience I have had from start to finish any where I have been to in the UK.Over the decades and between London and Aberdeen I have been to hospitals, Gp s surgeries etc to have my ears looked at and the wax removed, no one has been more thorough and shown as much care as Teresa. She even arranged an aftercare appointment to make sure everything is ok- she s a first class amazing professional!!! A really great experience as she talked through what she was going to do and what to expect. I was then shown the before and after of my inner ear- a first for me. I m really impressed with the service. A shout out to the lovely lady manning the front office- amazing approachable and friendly.

Lady was very clear about the science & explained all to my wife & I.

Laura was very good and very helpful with my mother who has dementia. Unfortunately my mother only has partial hearing in one of her ears and no hearing in her right ear. The left ear was full of wax which Laura was unable to help with other than advise us to request another appointment for wax removal therefore only four stars.

The professionalism of the team in Aberdeen was outstanding. However I do have reservations about the overall administration. Shortly after my visit I received a reminder that I have an appointment soon. That appointment is in June 2025.

Warmly received by Pam, and then Donna ran through the process with very clear description of each step, being happy to answer questions and explain more. The tests were all executed exactly as she described. Donna’s review of the results and her recommendations were highly professional, and her passion for the science is clear. I felt very comfortable with the whole process and confident the results were accurately achieved. Highly recommended.
