Prompt service, easy booking online and Suzanne had a lovely, reassuring manner which helped me to feel calm and well cared for. She kept me informed about the process as it went along and I felt so much better after having ear wax removal - thank you so much.

So thorough with personal check on hearing and an overhaul of my devices. A reassurance that no matter what the problem I was to call in at the office. I and my wife were delighted to get this reassurance.

I called your branch in Barnstable today regarding I left my hearing charger back home in Sandhurst Berkshire your colleague at your brain said that was not a problem. She could loan me one for a couple of days while I was down here. What a wonderful service. Sharon was lovely and friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful absolute lifesaver.
