The level of support and service from both Jessica ( ear wax removal) and David ( hearing check expert) was excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are both very reassuring.

From the moment I walked into reception I was met with great courtesy and received a thorough consultation with David. He was able to answer any questions that I had and to refer me to the next stage. The next expert, Jess was also extremely reassuring and courteous throughout my treatment. I will be highly recommending Hidden Hearing.

I called and was offered an appointment within 2 days. The receptionist was very friendly when I arrived and the audiologist was extremely respectful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Excellent experience.

The appointment was excellent, Dave walked us through everything we might need to know about hearing loss and was very easy going. Each procedure was explained. Great professional service.
