The service is excellent,Ruchi Sharma…

The service is excellent,Ruchi Sharma at Water Lane Wilmslow could not have been more helpful , even visiting me at home when I couldn’t get to see her .You get much more than a pair of hearing aids,it’s all the extra that comes with them that makes a difference.I also like the fact that I can adjust the sound myself.Everyone I have come in contact with has been very helpful, couldn’t ask for more.So pleased I went to Hidden Hearing .Would recommend to everyone.

Emily was brilliant but has sadly left

Emily was brilliant but has sadly left. The new man was late for my appointment and didn't apologise when he arrived. My appointment went ok and he explained everything but i did not feel at ease with him

In a calm and friendly environment

In a calm and friendly environment, I received a professional hearing test using modern equipment, carried out with absolute professionalism by Alison, the Hearing Aid Audiologist at their Canterbury branch.

Alison explained every part of the procedure with patience, and I felt completely at ease asking my questions. There was no rush, no sales person attitude, and quite importantly, it was free of charge too.

If you are unsure about getting your hearing tested, I can assure you that Mandy's warm and welcoming approach will make you want to call and book an appointment as soon as you can.

Thank you, Hidden Hearing, for such an excellent experience.

What a friendly experience

From meeting the young lady in reception to going to the audiologist I was met with friendly faces and a warm welcome.In this day and age that means a lot to a potential customer.Big thankyou to both people who looked after me.

Annual hearing check at Hidden Hearing

I had my annual hearing check at the Tunbridge Wells branch; as always the staff were attentive, friendly, professional and courteous, fully answering all of my questions. I feel content and reassured that I am in the best hands and would not hesitate to recommend Hidden Hearing to others.
