Exceptional Service … 10/10

Following a family holiday I had muffled hearing in my left ear. I popped in to Hidden Hearing hoping to get an appointment within a few days but they got me seen within an hour. The lady on reception was very friendly and was super helpful.

The appointment itself was exceptional. Diane was extremely friendly, taking the time to get to know me and my circumstances. She then sorted the issue with exceptional care, explaining the process as she went through it. She carried out a hearing check as well which was great customer care. I cannot recommend this business enough, especially Diane.

A huge thank you for the care and attention you take. An exceptionally positive customer experience. 10/10.

Appointment was on time

Appointment was on time. The examination was thorough and the Dispenser was friendly and helpful.
I wish I had turned to Hidden Hearing long ago, the aids are comfortable and do what they are supposed to do. Thank you.

Very disappointed

The appointment was a half hour late because the previous appointment was a NEW customer! The practitioner gave a very unconvincing half hearted apology when I said that half an hour was a bit much she was extremely defensive and even said that she didn’t like overrunning and would be late collecting her children From school.The examination was carried out in a brusk but businesslike manner. No specific questions were directed at my wife although I was asked to bring someone close for their opinion to be sought. I gained a strong impression she was making up for lost time. The whole appointment took less than 15 minutes.
The receptionist made a valiant effort in engaging us in conversation to help cover the lateness.
It would seem to me that as a well established kcustomer of over 10 years I am considered caught and of less importance tha a new customer.

Received a free hearing test to check…

Received a free hearing test to check the need for any hearing aids. Staff member was very professional and thorough throughout the process with a good explanation of exactly what the test results meant. No problems identified and refreshing to note that I wasn't recommended anything I didn't need.
