Super happy that autobookstore.com was interested to learn if I was happy with my purchase. Immediately upon learning that I did not like the delivery and content of a book, they removed it from my library and provided me with a credit. I will definitely stay with this vendor. They have charged me over $200 for one book because I had (apparently) selected some 'Flexipass' option.
I have read of many users with the same experience.

These guys and ladies KNOW what audio books are... AND how to set them up for EASY downloads and EASY bookmarks... Multiple tracks in their downloads makes finding where you left off SUPER EASY... I have been a customer for seven years, NOT ONE problem.... I was an audible customer for 22 mins.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM.... YOU DO NOT OWN AUDIBLE files.. The Audiobookstore - YOU DO OWN the files and can use them on ONE device or 100 devices.. NO LIMITS TO DEVICES / phones / laptops / Tablets. Flash drives ETC. The Audiobookstore HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND Customer EASE of use DOWN PAT....

In the shopping cart it claims the FlexPass will save you an average of $23.64 per order. I compared the FlexPass price to the regular price of a few dozen audiobooks and did not even come close to that average. I guess they are hoping you do not crunch the numbers yourself which is probably why they do not give an actual example. Also, no free audiobooks to test out the service.

I have never heard this kind of phenomena told about in such great detail since I only sense these things it was very comforting to actually hear it from a perspective form someone not of this world. I could sense the fear in Whitley but the curiosity keeps you so entrenched that you can not pull yourself away even if you don't know what is going to happen to you. I loved how Whitley showed so muchj empathy towards us that he wanted to let us know how we are destroying ourselves and our planet in such great detail. I believe this bein came to him as a warning, we must protect our planet and each other. Mny blessings to all who read this extraordinary piece of literature and the bein talks about God a lot and I love that. Thank you Whitley for your amazing work

Was looking to gift a specific audiobook. It was my bad that I assumed they would send me a ‘code’ for listening that I could share with anyone but it appears you need to log in to your account to listen to audiobooks what a complete joke. Never considering this company again.

Love audio bookstore. They often have books I cannot find on other audio sites.

I enjoy so much audio book store. They have a wonderful variety of books to choose from. So far I have enjoyed listening to excellent books. In case you might have a query their customer service is extremely helpful. I will continue to enjoy audiobooks store.

A very helpful support! I had mistakened a book purchace, so I requested for a book exchange, and they did very shortly after.

Is this a scam? I signed up and bought a book but it is still saying it's downloading, which has now been a ridiculous amount of time. I've emailed and asked for a refund, but not holding out much hope. Luckily I purchased on cc so will seek refund through my bank

I have used other audio book services before but have been unhappy. Too many gimmicks. I tried audiobookstore.com and we have been very pleased. The company is easy to work with in terms of ordering audiobooks and their customer service is excellent and very responsive (thanks Tarah).

I sent an email to request a book exchange. The email was answered quickly and the exchange was easily completed.

Tarah was amazing with helping me!! I accidentally bought the abridged version of a book and messaged to ask for a refund so I could buy the unabridged. Tarah swapped the books for me with no extra charge instantly! I am beyond grateful and so happy with my experience!
