6* All Day Long if I could
I bought an amplifier from this absolutely brilliant company. The equipment was ordered and dispatched within 24 hours. I unfortunately had an issue with receipt of it which meant I had to contact them. I spoke to a real live human being whos' customer service skills were A1 on point, they helped to get things resolved and left me absolutely and even more impressed with their service than I already was.
Would I buy from them again... YES, YES, YES, they know what they're talking about, have brilliant customer service skills and very competitive prices.

Foreign plug ...not good
The amplifier was delivered with a foreign plug on it. Quite poor in this day and age.

Purchased the E120 kit and 2 speakers…
Purchased the E120 kit and 2 speakers to go in a new media wall. Great system and sound for a good price. Delivered really quickly, customer service has been second to none. Initially I thought there was an issue with the unit, audio installations sent out a new unit to swap and provided all information, turns out there is an intermittent power/earth issue due to how it's been installed, no fault with either unit and customer service (Russell) absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Purchased a system from them. Faulty system stopped working after a short period of time and then refused to send out a replacement unit which affected the operation of my business. Tried to get me to purchase another system from them in order to fix the issues with the original faulty system. In simple terms extortion.

We also offer a 2 year manufacturing warranty with every purchase, therefore within 2 years, if the item is to fall faulty outside the 60 day return policy, we can arrange for the goods to be returned to be repaired or replaced.

I am pleased with the radio operation
I am pleased with the radio operation. Set up was easy.
But when I removed the bag that it was packed in I could see greasy fingerprints on the front , bottom top and sides of it. Therefore the first operation was to clean the radio, which is not something I should have to do with a new product.
