If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. We get married in 2 days and no telephone has been delivered. Tried contacting them through email, WhatsApp and Facebook to no avail. Getting a refund is going to be a nightmare considering I can't even get a reply from them. Terrible company.
Absolutely heartbroken
Ordered in March for my July wedding, phone turned up fine although with no instructions and it did take an email and a WhatsApp to get a response on that hand but I just assumed as their hours at 9-3pm that’s this isn’t a main job so wasn’t too worried on how long it took for a response
Phone was supposed to light up and beep (I didn’t opt for a message) but didn’t light up so I was a little worried but the beep worked so I assume that’s the important part
Sent it back 2 days after the wedding can see on Royal Mail tracking it was signed for 2 days after that and then I’ve heard nothing, I’ve tried to call and it goes straight to voice mail, WhatsApp messages and it’s not been read and no emails have been replied to
I’m honestly so gutted all the reviews were so good when I booked it and the come to look today to see a lots of reviews in the same position as me.
Now I’m never going to hear all the messages our friends and family left us on our wedding day

Been trying to contact them over our wedding audio and we've had no response. It's now been two weeks and we haven't had any contact from them.

Completely ghosted us
Writing this in the hope we actually get a response from them. Our wedding is in 3 days and Audiokeeps is completely ignoring our messages. The phone should be sent to us by now but we don't have it and no responses to any of our messages. We have rang, emailed and WhatsApped them. We sent them our little intro recording last weekend and we can see it has not been viewed. 3 days till the wedding so we don't have anytime to choose another Audiobook company.
We were so excited for this but are now feeling frustrated and very disappointed.

Ordered this for my wedding and communication has be awful.
I have sent multiple WhatsApp messages and emailed for a rough time scale that my recordings will be ready. My videographer (who had also been in touch with them) is using them in our video so this is delaying them. I just wanted a time so we aren’t just twiddling our thumbs.
I wouldn’t recommend this company simply because of the poor communications

UPDATE: The company got back to me today, just after I posted this review.
I have received the audio file and the sound quality is good, which is the main point.
Other than this I am still not satisfied as to how my inquiry about the audio file was handled and how much hassle it took to just "resend" an E-mail. I have screenshots proving that I did not get any E-mail on the date mentioned, nor in my normal inbox or in my Junk inbox. Blame it on technology or whatever happened, it shouldn't be this hard.
Katie mentioned to me that someone in her family has had a diagnosis and that's why they are running behind on things. I have empathy for someone becoming ill and it being a family business, BUT a company doing business then needs to look for other resource - after all happy customers are what's counts.
I do hope other customers don't have this experience and that the company learns from this.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed as to how this business is handling communication and customer service.
I will say, that the delivery of the phone and using it worked well. No issues with that.
The reason I am giving one star is because of their poor communication and willingness to do their job.
I rented the Audioguestbook for my best friends wedding on the 3rd of June 2023 and have not received any audio file yet (despite searching all of my inbox and spam folders - I have sent screenshots to the company of the only E-mails I have from them, which is the booking confirmation). I have asked multiple times for the E-mail to please be resent (if it was ever really sent in the first place) and have gotten excuses or no reply at all. Calling the customer hotline also doesn't work, it either says the call can't be taken right now or no answer.
I don't think it's right, that I have to beg for the service I payed for. I'm starting to think, that either the audio file was deleted and that's why they are making excuses or they are simply too incompetent to do their job.
The audio file is the reason why the phone is being rented in the first place and has emotional value.
I will give the company until the end of the week (and write an update) to send me the files. If this doesn't happen I will be taking further action and seeking legal advice, as I payed 149 pounds for a service that in the end was not provided to me.
I am very disappointed and wish I would have rented the phone from a different company. If you want to make sure you receive your audio file, DO NOT RENT A PHONE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Amazing wedding keepsake
So pleased with the service from AudioKeeps, our messages are amazing quality and have turned into a great keepsake for us. The team are really helpful, answering a few questions I had before ordering and after receiving the handset. Received our messages two weeks after the wedding, which was so speedy considering there were multiple bank holidays straight after. It is such a good price in comparison to other similar companies, would highly recommend to couples getting married or even for other parties/events.
The perfect guest book!
This was a great idea for our wedding. The phone itself fitted perfectly with our vintage theme and the guests were really enthusiastic about using it.
Listening back to the messages a few days later was a joy, and hearing the voices of our friends and family joking, laughing and speaking from the heart made it such a uniquely personal experience.
The delivery to and from Audiokeeps was completely hassle free, which is all you want for your wedding day!

From beginning to end, the whole Audiokeeps service was fantastic! We were super impressed with the speedy communication, the easiness of receiving and posting the phone, and generally couldn't have wished for a better service from these guys . We highly recommend this company for any events you have planned, our guests loved leaving messages for us on our wedding day - and we now have some amazing audio memories to keep forever :)
Great service - quick and easy!
Great service! We decided to book an audio guestbook last minute for our wedding (not hopeful to get one) but Chris was very quick to respond and able to meet our request! The guests absolutely loved the idea and we're so glad we went with it ☺️
There were also royal mail strikes before our wedding but they delivered the phone to us in good time via another shipping company. The service was quick and easy and much more affordable than other competitors as they provide you with the individual audio files (not a mix). We were happy with this as we would have preferred to get the files back soon after our wedding - it was so fun to listen back and we've mixed the audio files ourselves :)
