EXCELLENT SERVICE
I have now visited Audio T @ Reading 4 times,admittedly my friend was the one auditioning new kit,however I was more than impressed by what I saw and the quality of service offered! Therefore when I needed to purchase a new equipment rack I did not hesitate in purchasing from them. Rishi who has always looked after us, is an excellent chap and he never tries to sell you anything. Infact his advice can even save you money. Also his advice is to be recommended.
I will certainly not hesitate to do more business with Rishi in the future.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I went to Audio T in Reading as I was having problems with my turntable. They diagnosed the fault, supplied and fitted a new cartridge and did a mini-service on the turntable on the spot, all for the RRP of the cartridge- unbelievable service!

Gareth brought the system to my home personally, since my poor health prevented me from picking it up from the studio. He’d previously given me excellent guidance for the present to my sister. We then enjoyed a cuppa and a listen to my system. Super guy, brilliant help.

Bluesound Node
I wanted a solution to add wireless headphones to my existing stereo to listen to vinyl and music server without disturbing my partner watching tv in the same room.
I also wanted to be able to play music/podcasts from phones through the stereo.
Gary and Rishi suggested a Bluesound node that with a couple of cables does the job very well

Great people who know their stuff...
Hi Fi shops - they can be intimdating places. All that tech and expertise. The guys at Audio T are the exact opposite of that - welcoming and enthusiastic and knowledgable. I would go back in a flash.

Dynaudio Confidence
There I was, walking down the street minding my own business, when Dan, dragged me into the store, Gareth forced me, under threat of cake and biscuits, to buy some new speakers even though mine were only a year old. Rishi then whipped my wallet and made me buy them. That was the story I told my wife. She believed me I think! 🤣

It's no coincidence that Audio-T, Reading is always my first choice for anything AV. The team are first and foremost incredibly helpful and eager to help you find what is right for you. Their enthusiasm, whether for gear or music, is contagious.
The service and experience is beyond excellent, regardless of spend. This level of service and support is simply not available from online retailers and remains unmatched by any other physical retailer I've encountered. Thanks again.

Great customer service
It doesn’t sound like much - I needed some new speaker cables. But their service was exemplary. They ran me up some custom cables while I waited. Helped me choose the right cable; ensured I had the right connectors for my ageing speakers, and took meticulous care over the work.
