Great tool just could use some minor tweaks
The audit software is very easy to follow and complete. Makes it very easy to navigate. One recommendation would be in sections such as the executive summary, would there be a way to check complete. As soon as there is text in the box it automatically checks it off as completed. Individuals that are navigating the audit to reference may get interrupted or side tracked with something else and have to return to the audit but unknowingly think the section is completed, much the same as the company profile section.

Using AuditSoft for my qualification audit was a really smooth experience. The layout made it easy to follow each step, and the green checkmarks helped me keep track of what was completed. I liked that the system made the scoring and validation requirements clear, and the built-in checks caught anything I might have missed. Submitting the audit was simple, and everything went directly to CCSA without extra steps. Overall, it was organized, user-friendly, and made the audit process feel manageable.

The one thing I thought could be different was during the interviews. It would have been easier if each interviewee was a separate save because it was confusing trying to go back and know who said what.

At AuditSoft, we intentionally use a single comment box per question to collect a "collective comment" from all interviewees who respond. This approach allows you to collect all input in one place and to begin drafting your official audit response more efficiently. If each interview had its own separate response field, especially in larger audits, it would result in dozens of individual documents that would need to be manually consolidated later - hence the decision to consolidate comments from the start. Our goal with this design is to help you save time and streamline your workflow.

Audit Soft Review
I found the audit soft tool easy to follow. The green check marks let me know at a glance how much i had completed already.
I did not like having only "one box" to put my interview answers in. It was too easy to delete information that was already there while adding new information. I would rather have a box for each interview.
