Well structured, comprehensive system that sets you up to succeed.

The software was easy to navigate through and helpful that it saves documents to use for other elements that would require to use the same documents as evidence.

First time doing a Audit, was very easy to use.

Audisoft itself is helpful as an audit tool. However, the tool can get somewhat confusing due to its complexity. I am glad the Safety Driven team is providing close support to internal auditors.

I am an internal auditor and I have done audits with pen and paper. I LOOOVE LOVE this software. Well laid out and you can see the outcomes and easily understand where you need to beef up your safety program.

Okay so as much as I complain about the cost of the AuditSoft license I want to point out that the software tool itself is pretty easy to us but the support team simply ROCK! Best ever support I have gotten from any software or communication company....and yes I mean you guys at Bell and Shaw. These guys are great. Highly recommended.....but the software is still priced a bit high......just saying.

Quick response, assisted me in making required error corrections, confirm number of interviewed WSH Committee Representatives interviewed thus far by adding total number of WSH Committee members planned to be interviewed i.e.: 4 therefore 2 of my committee members have been interviewed. Thanks for helping me clean this error/orange messaging up.

Swift response, issue explained, I fixed, submission sent off. Requested assistance at 12:47p, all fixed by 1:23p. Phew!

uploads caused some grief, i had to start a service ticket.
AASP has developed a checklist to supplement the audit tool. The list is what the reviewer is looking for. Ditch the list or put it into the software. There are inconsistecies. Also, the guidance should be specific to what the reviewer desires. I write to the guidance and get called out by the reviewer, it should align.

The program itself is fine but it works poorly with talk to text and it doesn't support Mac.

No phone support listed on company website (boo), but a quick google search showed a support number in Lethbridge, Alberta. A quick phone call and sending in our companies .asa file resulted in the issue being quickly resolved (within 10 minutes) with a callback. Thanks!

A platform that not only easy but a lot of support it offers. I am struggling but it shed lights in the right path.
