A closed warehouse cannot accept Returns
I ordered 4 items - 2 shirts (same style), 2 outfits (with matching top & bottoms) all items sized MED but when I received the order, the shirts were too small and the outfits had wildly oversized tops so nothing fit properly (not to mention I wasn't crazy about the quality of the fabric for the outfits but probably would have kept anything that fit).
I contacted the company to process a Return and was asked for photos and reasons for each return which I complied with. I was even complimented for providing additional photos of the items neatly repackaged but instead of processing the return, I was told that their warehouse was temporarily closed and was unable to accept returns. Their offer was a 40% refund to keep all 4 items of clothing that absolutely do not fit and are 100% useless to me. Another case of Buyer Be Aware!!
