Terrible service

Terrible service. The company advertises a fire door installation service. I booked a 'site survey' at a cost of £118. This turned out to be a ten minute job where the sub-contrantracted tradesman just turned up to measure the size of the required door. The 'survey' was done on 30th September . I had to chase the company on the 4th of October to ask for a quote to replace the fire door. I was told the query would be escalated and that they would get back to me......I'm still waiting as of 16th October. They were very quick to take payment for the measurements though.
