I have dealt with this company several times now and have never been disappointed. They even do all the graphic design work included in the price, and the speed of service is excellent. No more than 3 or 4 days from order to proof to delivery.
I will continue to use them.

We had a specialised banner printed with specific logo and script, which was supplied quickly (despite no rush from us!), communications from the team is excellent and the price is more than reasonable considering the quality of the finished product.
Our first use at an event with the banner stood up well to display purposes, however it was a dry day so we didn't test its waterproof abilities - I'm sure it'll be fine!

as a graphic designer still finding my feet with companies to trust and use again (and having had my fingers burnt a few times), it was a delight to find an actual human being email me with a quote, and communicate with me about file types. They were speedy (less than week), and the banners were great and exactly what we needed. No rough edges, no botched job, despite knowing full well I had opted for a cheaper product, the execution of it was beyond expectation and will without question be using these guys again

I found out the price then sent the copy & payment on 29th July. Whoever was responsible for receiving the copy managed to ask me for it again on 18th August, when I resent it. It duly arrived on 21st August, so apart from the initial loss of copy, the service was superb!

Our World War 1 banners for our carnival float were fantastic. (and we won first prize)
You were so helpful and made the process so easy. We have used other companies in the past at vast costs. but we are sticking with you now for our carnival banners.

A printer with very good prices and a very helpful team of staff. The quality of their work is always excellent. Their website is very easy to use and order jobs on but has one drawback, which is that recycled paper is not an option that can be ordered online. They need to improve their green credentials by offering this. (can be ordered by contacting them). Printing normally takes a few days, which is not super-fast but acceptable given the good prices.
