Kimberley resolved an embarrassing issue for me. I ordered a made to order ring and picked the wrong address when I ordered it. I just caught the error and Kimberly resolved it. I had wanted to send the item to CT- she told me what to do, but it was easier to ship it to an NY address so she took care of that for me. AUrate’s customer service is responsive and fixes problems. I have definitely ordered more jewelry as a result.

I was contacted almost immediately after sending my email regarding my shipping address. Kimberly, the account representative who corrected the shipping address was extremely efficient in correcting the error I made made after submitting my order. She’s been also in constant contact regarding an issue I had with an earring I had purchased a short time ago. She has done everything possible to correct the issue I was having with the earring.
