I have no idea how my initial Aurate…
I have no idea how my initial Aurate order got re-directed mid-shipment from my home in California to someone in New Hampshire, but I did get the earrings I wanted a few days later than expected. Very, very happy; the earrings are beautiful. I had ordered two more pairs of earrings shortly after I placed the first order and am looking forward to receiving them.

Pretty terrible customer service
Pretty terrible customer service. I ordered hoops from them and they freaking took five weeks and it came defective. Thankfully I was able to find the hoop that fell off due to their defect. On top of it they expext me to ship back the defective hoop and then they will ship me the new hoop in another five weeks which is just pathetic.

Don’t sleep on the repair/polishing service through warranty
Sent in a pair of earrings and 2 rings for repair and polishing. Items were returned to me fairly quickly and looked brand new! Love that this is an option under the warranty!
