DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are complete scammers. The product I ordered is nothing like what they have delivered. They now say I have to return the item within 14 days to an address in China which will take at least 2 weeks and cost me almost as much as the boots.

I would give zero stars if possible. They make out they are uk based and use Royal Mail.. they don’t - boots come from china (take 3 weeks), they are the worst quality and when you contact about returns you have to either send them back to china costing a fortune or they offer you 15% back and keep the rotten boots! AVOID AVOID AVOID

The item took over 3 weeks to be delivered.
My ankle boots was nothing like what they advertised colour was wrong and very poor quality.
When coming to return the boots they do not cover return coast and they have to go back to china so the coast of return is very expensive….
WILL NOT BE BUYING AGAIN EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Awful company. Wish I'd checked these reviews first. Poor quality from China. Had to pay to return after they tried to get me to keep the items I didnt want for a part refund. Returned 10th June 2025 no refund yet.

Aurora London are in fact shopping their stock from China, meaning long delays in receiving your goods, in my case over 3 weeks.

The items were poor quality and the parcel was open on receipt.

They are now saying they will offer me 15% discount to keep the goods and not return them, but what use would I have for inferior goods.

They are now saying I have to pay to return the goods but to date I have received no instruction or label to return them.

Avoid them at all costs.

I would rate this business as a minus!!! finally got the returns details after weeks of emailing. If anyone needs the address I will post it on here later. Go through Royal Mail international track and signed for £18.95. I’ll update as to if I receive the refund of £62. I noticed that they are trading under lots of business names all in LONDON and all selling the same shoddy products! There has to be some recourse!!’

Please DO NOT USE this business, they are scammers! Cheap nasty chinese rubbish, being presented as high quality clothing items!!!!!!! AWFUL! I am still waiting for my money back / credit note which I know is never coming!

Ordered a bag - heard absolutely nothing and then received an email saying there was a shipment delay.. then another email saying the bag was out of stock. I wish id read trust pilot before ordering. I am not desperately trying to get a refund but am being ignored. AVOID!!!!

Zero stars. Do not buy anything from them. The images do not represent the actual product. They make it impossible to get your money returned. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Purchased an item which was not as advertised. The image on the site bore little resemblance to what I received. The quality of the fabric was exceptionally poor. Asked to return it but would have to send it back to China and incur the postage costs. They advertise as Aurora London! Item cost £39.99 so was offered a 15% refund and I could keep it or send it back. Refused their offer and passed the details on to my bank to investigate them. They’re preying on people not to return items by making them pay an inordinate amount to send them back and hope you don’t. Scam artists.

Why no possibility of a Minus score? As everyone else has said a bunch of chinese crooks. Wish I had read the reviews first before ordering their rubbish Got the same 15% offer (if in fact I ever see it) SO DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY TO SOME CHINESE CROOKS.

This company Aurora is VERY dishonest and VERY misleading to all customers. These bags are NOT shipped from UK as it says on website.
I just received my order, this order is very bad quality bags and not as described on your website. The smell from these bags and the quality it absolutely terrible, I put them straight in the garbage can! They are nothing like the photos on your website and the fake pu leather is shockingly bad. Also missing crossbody straps for both bags !!

I will not post back as my time and cost is to precious.

I will leave negatives reviews for these very fake bad quality bags.

I will NEVER shop with Aurora again and I will tell all friends NOT to shop with Aurora .

As others have said, avoid like the plague. This is not a London company, it is China. The bag I ordered is awful, not as described and am currently battling to send back. The address they've given me to return is no 2 Elevator!!

I purchased a pair of boots and when they arrived 4 weeks later they look nothing like the image.
I received the cheapest smelliest boots.
I contacted the seller and they offered me £5.99 refund.
Absolutely disgusting and should not be allowed to trade.

SCAM / DISHONEST / CORRUPT / NOTHING BUT THIEVES
Boots took 3 weeks to come.
They were not even the boots I ordered or the correct size or colour. Fabric yellow stitched cloth utterly awful. I ordered the vintage style western cowboy boots Paloma.
Paid £40 and after numerous emails said I’d have to send them back to China £35+ in postage costs or 15% off the boots which I can’t get on my feet and are hideous plus smell awful.
I will be reporting this to Trading Standards if I do not get a full refund.

Sent for 2 pairs of shoes, very small fit and poor quality, I have had 4 attempts a getting a returns label from them as per their T’s and C’s, however still haven’t received it.
I have gone through PayPal and raised a dispute to get the money back .

Do not buy from this company - the boots I ordered are nothing like advertised and it is a struggle to get them to agree how to even refund - then you have to pay to return, They do not even deserve one star - shocking and absolute crooks

Exactly the same issues as other reviewers. The boots I ordered look nothing like on the advert. The website says its 14 day no fuss return but it doesnt mention that you have to pay for your return postage and items must be sent back to their one centre in china via tracked and insured post. They offered me an alternative to keep the boots and they would reimburse me 15% of my purchase price. Bunch of crooks! I will never buy from them again.
