Product took ages to arrive and then is nothing like the photos! I ordered a linen shirt and dress and got a nylon sack. Hideous!!!
It’s not Aurora London as you can’t return to London. It has to be sent back to chine - £20 to return!!
Complete scam. Please don’t buy from them!

Advertising is misleading regarding quality and manufacture. This company is based in China and doesn’t offer returns except under duress. I would avoid in future and recommend companies that need to comply with uk consumer rights laws.

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought from here. Do not use this company, items are nothing like advertised on their website and now I can’t get them to send a returns label label and they are saying I have to pay to return.

Shocking dress has come and it is rubbish can not full refund. Would never order from them again.

Terrible service as other reviews have said takes AGES to arrive they advertise their bags as luxury leather only if you dig a little deeper in the product description it then says vegan leather - NOT leather but faux and smells of plastic. They are imported from china and the proof is on the packaging. They limit the comments on instagram.
These aren’t luxury leather bags. U can buy cheaper and the same from Shein , Temu or Hacoo. Awful!

SHOCKING - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! The products take ages to arrive, then they do not even slightly resemble the pictures on the website and then, they give you some c*ck and bull story about the environment being the reason they don't like to do returns and oh, then mention that they are actually only in China! Complete crooks!!!

I would put zero if I could! How do these companies are allowed to operate like this I don’t know! They sell really cheap items but the price you buy them is not very cheap and if you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit they tell you it’s too expensive to return to china so gift it to a friend!!!! Disgusting!!! Scammers!!!! Please look at the reviews before buying anything from the internet!!!!!

Purchased a dress took ages to arrive then it was absolutely awful, nothing like the picture sizing is horrific. Now fighting to get someone to give me an address to send it back for refund. Absolute scam do NOT buy from this website. I have a feeling I have just lost £35

I made an order for a bag charm 9 days ago & have heard nothing. When I try to track my order via the link provided in the email confirming my purchase, I land on a blank page.

Ordered a quality looking leather pair of boots, in powder blue. Received a cheap pair of imitation suede boots in royal blue.
Avoid this company! I wish I had!!

This is clearly false advertising and is against the law

Avoid this company. I bought a bag, took ages to arrive, and was terrible quality. Asked if I could return. The website indicates return to an address in Ireland. They offered me various discounts to keep the bag which I have refused because the bag is awful. And now I’ve had to pay to return it to China. Do not buy anything from this company.

Please don’t buy from this website. The boots looked nothing like the picture and you can’t even get them on as there’s no zip, they are a copy and poorly made. They took weeks to arrive and now I’m trying for a refund! I’ve been totally scammed.

Terrible company, Terrible service, would not buy or recommend as goods come from China, refund 15%, is disappointing, returns almost non existence as it could cost up to £35 for buyer to return to China, joke of a company.

AVOID THIS PLACE - Bought a pair of heels after seeing a Facebook post, once received it was clear this company sells imitation. From the colour to material, the shoes are vastly different than advertised. A cheap copy. Refund policy is a joke having to send item aboard. Replacement process as the shoes had a faulty zip rendering the shoes unwearable is a ping pong joke - one email they offer a small % refund, then after sending proof of faulty zip they stated a free postage replacement pair would be processed. But then the next email (after days waiting for a response) contracts the first and we back to the start where they saying postage needs to be paid. It’s clear they have no interest in quality service or products. AVOID THIS PLACE.

So so bad . Please don’t from them . Offered me 15% refund then 30%. There return address does not exist and will cost £15! I’ve been scammed! The dress was so low quality .

Do not under any circumstances buy from this website! Product is second rate, they are not based in London, as their title portrays. Refund policy is a joke, offering 15% of the price paid, yet their website says 14 day money back guarantee. After email back and forth I reported them to the bank, they refunded the money! A joke!

Absolute awful company. Bought a couple of dresses. Took ages to arrive and no good but their return policy is a joke. Because of their returns they told be that they would refund me 15% and I could recycle the goods to family and friends as sending it back to the Far East does not align with their eco policy. If they were really concerned with the planet they would not be manufacturing in China which is one of the worlds worst polluters. Dont fall into the trap of buying from them.

this company is an absolute joke and the boots i ordered are impossible to put on your feet.
the ad came up on instagram and i foolishly ordered two pairs. Took forever to arrive
started to get suspicious as the were coming from China, not London
OMG i have been taken for a ride but am not finished.
can anyone advise if i am covered at all as paid by paypal
