The boots I bought some Blundstone 192 initially a great comfortable boot to wear, but very disappointed with the quality of the insoles I work 8hr shift always moving only half hour lunch break and the insoles just started to break up not what I would expect of a boot costing this sort of price.

My boots arrived beautifully wrapped and with a small gift also which was a nice touch . Unfortunately they were not quite right for me and so I returned them . Within one day I had an email acknowledging the safe receipt of the boots and a refund straight away . I shall be buying a different style from them very soon - excellent service

Christine and Emma in the office have been so helpful in helping me sort out a pair of faulty boots I had previously received. They worked very quickly to sort my problem out and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my next pair of Blundstones! Thank you Aussie Boots!

I have had a pair of Redbacks for 4 years and i have worn them every day and sadly they need replacing.

I called Aussie Boots to find out the difference between Redback and Blundstones.

Fantastic service. I called them and left a message on the Wednesday, they returned my call the next day, answered my questions, gave me good advice, I order the boots and they arrived on the Saturday.

The boots arrived, the fit was perfect and they feel as if I have had them for years, very comfortable

It is rare to find service as good as this

I originally ordered some Blundstones boots from the origianal blundstone UK website but they were annoyingly the wrong size. The process of returning them to Blundstones UK was such hassle and long winded. In trying to make contact with Blundstones I accidentally called and left a voicemail with these guys, they actually returned my call and said my order was not with them but it was a common mistake. So on reordering the size smaller I used this company. They were so much better in all areas, useful website, fast delivery service, clearly easy returns if I needed but luckily this time they fit, and a treat of maltesers in my delivery box! Will recommend to all to avoid the blundstones website and buy from these guys instead. Great company.

I am very happy with my purchase! I ordered a pair of blundstones for my son and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience! I placed the order on a Friday night, it shipped Monday morning, and arrived Tuesday morning! It arrived packaged nicely, with a little treat in the box (maltesers) which felt like a nice touch! We are a full blundstone family (all 4 of us) and will definitely order from here when a new pair is needed!

I wanted a Blundstone boots for a while and came across the AussieBoots’ website. I contacted them through Instagram with some questions and I was prompted responded by the kind Alison. They were great on answering all my daft questions, super easy to work with, and they even sent me a pair of extra insoles with the boots, after I asked them something about it. Also, they even shipped it the next day.

I came across AussieBoots when looking for a pair of Blundstones. I made contact with them in October and they did not have in stock the boots I wanted in my size. I was so impressed with the level of Customer Service I received at that point that I decided to stop my search and put in an order knowing it would not come in until they'd had a delivery in the new year!
I finally received my boots the other day! The excellent Customer Service from this company made it well worth the wait for my Blunnies!
I am a huge supporter of shopping local and supporting home grown, family businesses and cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Fantastic customer service, friendly and responsive communications and the team did everything they could to help! Boots arrived promptly and are just as I hoped :) and they sent some Maltesers in with my parcel. Also courier is Royal Mail which is a huge plus compared with other courier companies.

I have stumbled on Aussieboots when I wanted to purchase a pair of Blundstone boots online: little did I know I would experience the most formidable attention as a customer; the long email correspondence of questions, answer, clarifications, has been so impressive. I truly value the one-to-one attention one has as if one had walked into their shop and establish a solid relationship with the owner. This, I discovered, is a small family-run business and it is a pleasure to support it. I am spreading the word to family and friends ... I should also add that I tried another online shoe store and the service paled by comparison.

I highly recommend Aussieboots; the Blundstone 1930 Brown lace up boots are very comfortable and light to wear. They are a little squeaky though I'm sure this is just because they're new.
The boots were delivered to Ireland in 2 days which is also excellent

Amazing service - ordered a pair of boots on Monday afternoon, I was wearing them to work 2 days later. Such good service I went back and bought the sheepskin insoles which make the (already great) boots even better. I was so pleased / impressed with the service I actually emailed the company to say thank you - not something I would usually be prompted to do. Online shopping can be a bit underwhelming, so often the shipping is slow / stressful or the item not as expected - none of this with this company. My boots are AMAZING - so comfy and super warm with the wooly insoles. My parcel arrived bang on time. Thank you again - I will be back for another pair soon :)

I don’t know how I’d manage without my blundstones from Aussieboots - I always have a very best pair, an outdoor best pair, a gardening pair and my ‘bird nestbox blunnies’ … a lifetime in blundstones!

Extremely happy with my boots, read the advice on sizing and they are spot on. Delivery was very quick and the included chocolate will mark my downfall!
These boots, for me, are the most comfortable item of footwear in my wardrobe.
