The team here are truly so helpful. I managed to send back a pair of boots without any reference to me in the package whatsoever (despite their detailed instructions of how to send back). They tracked it down and processed the return quickly, and took the initiative to get in touch to see whether there was another product I was wishing for instead. They've now taken the initiative to reserve that product for me as it was out of stock. All in all, a very hands on service and I wanted to leave this glowing review in exchange... Hopefully the new pair fits!

Ordered boots to Spain and they were dispatched quickly. When a delivery hold up happened in Spain that was nothing to do with Aussie Boots they were quick to help and the boots got delivered the next day. Really helpful, friendly company that sell great boots, I love my new Blundstones and will buy my children's boots from this shop too (my husband wants some too!)

Not often I feel the need to leave a review, but then it's not often I get top-notch customer service AND a top-notch product!
The first set of boots I ordered were a size too big, but these guys dispatched me a smaller pair the day the returned ones landed with them. Oh and the free pack of Maltesers was a nice touch ;-)
The boots (Redback UNPU - Brown WATERPROOFED Boot) are also brilliant. I have trouble with my ankles in any shoes that aren't supportive but these are proving great in that respect. They are also easy & quick to put on and are very comfortable. I will DEFINITELY be buying another pair when these are worn out (although that might be a few years).

I never do reviews but very occasionally when I’m bowled over by absolutely gorgeous customer service it’s really touching. Websites amazing and inviting and explains sizing and welcomes you to try more than one to get the perfect size! They really care! They arrived supper quick even with Covid! Beautifully wrapped in reusable brown paper packaging with chocolate treats! Eeeeek such a lovely gesture made my day! And well the boots are just the BEST EVEEEEEEEEEEEEER spent hours searching the Internet for the perfect steal toecap for ladies and just WOW I wish I had found these years ago!! Comfiest best quality EVEEEEEER and look so smart! Love love love them and very good price for such outstanding quality and personal service! Thankyou so much xxx

I ordered a pair of Blundstone boots from Aussie boots and recieved them well inside their delivery window. Unfortunately they didn't fit me, so I contacted their customer support team who were very helpful(Thanks Emma)and I returned the boots to them and asked for a smaller size replacement. Throughout the whole process I was kept updated and informed.I have to say that it was the best customer support experience I have had in my online shopping experience, warm,friendly and professional.
I received my replacement boots within a very short time,they fit perfectly...
I would highly recommend this company,their customer support is excellent.

I bought my first pair of Blundstone Chelsea boots on recommendation from my wife who it is fair to say has more than one pair of boots. I bought a pair of Barbour boots whose sole came off after 12 months of occasional use. These are in a different league. Every time I wear them somebody comments. I fear I'll be back for a second pair! Great service from aussie boots.

What a fantastic company to deal with! Buying Blundstone boots is a journey in itself... style is one thing, size is a complete ball game of it's own! (Just for info; I bought Blundstone dress boots style 063, I'm a UK 7 every day of week, 10" long, not particularly wide feet, just average. Finished up the perfect size for me was Blundstone 5.5. They fit great ... got there in the end.... and now I can wear log distance without blister plaster back-up too (only needed on a couple of outings), as they do stretch and mould to your particular feet fairly quickly. This style are fairly slim looking, so that explains needing the half size for width, but they are same length as the old riding style chelsea boots/slippers, that I've finally replaced. And I'm thrilled with them!) Back to AussieBoot - Thankyou especially to Pete - what a super chap, very helpful and personable, rushed these in the post so that I could get them soon as they came in stock. Helen was super helpful too, on her knowledge and info on sizing etc .... really appreciated this. And Christine was really personable too... it's so nice to deal with a company that even though they are in business, they care about their customers and that shows right through to delivery and a follow up too. Thank you!

I Wanted the ladies heeled blundstone ankle boot (1671) which was sold out in my size, Pete emailed immediately they got new stock and sent the boots out the following day. I’ve now got these boots in black and brown and they are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn. Great customer service, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or buy from them again. They are very knowledgeable about the boots they sell.
