Relaxed, personal, no pressure experience
Popped into Argyll Arcade branch last week and had the pleasure of dealing with Jodie. She patiently listened to my thoughts and guided me through several options. She was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process relaxed and non pressured. Ultimately I didn’t proceed to make a purchase ( through no fault on Jodie’s behalf.) Beautiful jewellery and incredible staff
I bought an engagement ring from Austen and Blake. The online shop was great for customising the ring I wanted to buy. The staff in shop are absolutely brilliant. Jodie talked me through the ring I ordered as I was completely clueless and she couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. I’d recommend Austen and Blake to anyone!

Engagement Ring Experience
I could not recommend Austen & Blake any more highly!
The team in Glasgow are phenomenal and are willing to help with any questions you may have.

Amazing experience!
My partner and I had a great experience with Jaclyn and the staff in Glasgow! All of the staff who helped us out were great, super friendly and knowledgable. As an LGBTQ+ couple we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, we were treated with respect and our experience was so positive! We both picked our rings at Austen&Blake and I would like to give a special shout out to Jaclyn who was so patient and helpful as we went through this process. Jaclyn also went above and beyond for us, sourcing many rings for my partner to try on and ensuring we never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything! After our engagement, Jaclyn again went above and beyond for us to get a ring re-sized quickly. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience, thanks again😊!

My experience
I went to Austen & Blake due to the amazing reviews, unfortunately my experience hasn’t been the same!
Don’t get me wrong the staff in store were very friendly however I was ordered the wrong ring to start with then when my actual ring came it looks noticeably different from the sample. So much so the manufacturers acknowledged ‘… On this occasion the sample differs from the product but this is because the sample is too thin and wouldn't last daily wear if it was this thickness...’ and confirmed the sample ring was removed after I highlighted the mistake.
After rectifying the first issue, they offered a service for the second issue, bearing in mind by this point there was two errors which I don’t think a cleaning service adequately reflects two mistakes, especially when they did more to sort the first issue.
Their policy of a full refund if you’re not happy with the ring has been my saving grace at this point.

Your sales assistant Julie was fantastic. There was no pressure to purchase, and she was very patient and helpful during our appointment.

Diamond Earrings
I bought a pair of diamond stud earrings for my daughter earlier this year and was very impressed with the service I received.
I’ve bought a few items from Austen and Blake and they’ve always been superbly helpful!
In this instance I asked for the valuation to be sent to my daughter in her name for insurance purposes and that was dealt with swiftly with no issues whatsoever.
For quality diamonds, where you can chose your 4 C’s and a wide range of cuts including Asscher which isn’t easily found, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent experience
Dylan and the team at argyle arcade store make the purchasing experience of an engagement ring for my now fiancée seem less and easy they took care of everything start to end communication was amazing and I was always made feel at ease when I was welcomed into the store for subsequent appointments to get the ring resized which was also a painless and easy experience. The ring its self was amazing for the price and the process of picking the gems etc the guys really know their stuff. I really like the face that I was given time to look at the rings and take them all in, at no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. A can’t speak highly enough of them and will no doubt return for more purchases in the future, 100% the best Jewellers in Argyle Arcade imo.
