Nicky has been incredible. From our initial appointment (She went above and beyond to squeeze us in on the day), we were made to feel completely comfortable and, unlike other stores, unpressured. My partner with Nicky were able to design her perfect ring. Nicky truly puts the customer first and listened to my partner and guided when necessary to make it a ring she's proud of.
The idea of designing a ring and sending it off to be made was something completely new for me, and I was a little bit sceptical to start with, but the communication and updates put me at ease right away. It truly is a fantastic, well-run shop where you're made to feel in control.

Popped into the store on the off chance someone would be free to help talk through wedding ring options. Fergus was incredibly friendly and helpful and really took his time to go through my options and helping to create my perfect wedding ring. To top it off, he even cleaned my engagement ring (purchased at a different jewellers before I knew Austen&Blake existed!)

I went in looking for an engagement ring, with an idea of what I needed but no experience of buying rings.

Thankfully Fergus was incredibly helpful, friendly and made the whole experience incredibly simple and enjoyable

I'm hoping to pick the ring up in the next few weeks, and know the whole thing has been made as special as possible thanks to Fergus' hard work

The service at Austen & Blake is outstanding. Fergus was amazing at helping me and my partner pick the perfect ring! We were anxious before going but felt very confident after leaving. We're so happy we chose to go with Austen & Blake, couldn't find anywhere as great :)

We had a wedding bands appointment with Fergus. We had a very good service, we were offered drinks multiple times and we decided on our rings very quickly in 20 mins. Fergus is a very friendly face which made the experience quite relaxing

Such an amazing service provided by the lovely Katy when picking out an engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiancée!). Katy made me, as a man, feel extremely comfortable, heard and confident when doing what can otherwise be quite a scary and nerve-wracking experience!

Katy was so informative, honest and ended up helping us pick out the perfect ring. The service was timely, even offering the opportunity for an upgrade at no further cost! Communication between myself and Katy was sound and dependable and left me with little to no doubts.

The pricing is more than fair and the quality of the end product is stunning and incredibly well-done. I am no expert in jewellery, but it has garnered many compliments from both friends and family. We've been given plenty of notice and time to return for resizing of the ring and the process has been completely seamless!

First got the engagement ring and have today gone into look at wedding bands. We sat down with Fergus and had a perfect experience.

Couldn’t thank Fergus enough for his help and patience with me when it came to selecting an engagement ring.
I’d had an initial meeting with him and my partner to gauge which styles she liked in person. No request to see a different style/size held in the back was huffed at. He explained all the main specs of what to look for when buying a diamond ring and made it clear to understand. We had picked a top 3 styles and Fergus emailed them over so we had a reference to work from when I went to another meeting alone. At the second meeting he had the styles to view again to help it easier for me to decide. The whole experience was great from start to finish

Great experience all round. We were looked after by Fergus who explained the Austen & Blake concept of choosing each element, combinations, stone qualities and the various settings and chain options to craft a necklace my wife was looking for. He showed us what the end necklace would look like with example cubic zirconia necklaces so we knew exactly what we could expect. Fergus was professional, considerate, polite, patient and great at explaining the many options available to us. We ordered it and after a couple of weeks popped back to collect the necklace. Fergus was there to look after us; my wife is more than happy with her fantastic necklace. Can’t fault Fergus, the whole process and the quality of the necklace - wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Austen & Blake Leeds store if you are looking for your next piece of jewellery.

A huge thanks to Cathleen for helping choose an amazing engagement ring , very professional and between Cathleen and Fergus we had a great customer journey and will be highly recommending Austin & Blake to our family and friends, thank you !

Went into the Leeds store for an engagement ring, and Charlotte couldn’t have been more helpful! I didn’t think to book an appointment but she slotted me in with no problems, very clearly understood a simple way to choose the best options, wasn’t pushy in the slightest, and helped me overcome a few hurdles. 10/10 experience in store and definitely will be back in the future when looking at any other jewellery.
