I am disabled and had to get a lift to pick up nearly 10 miles away. Would have liked it delivered to my home address.

There was a problem with UPS delivery…
There was a problem with UPS delivery of my items to the access point. UPS confirmed that the items had been delivered for my collection. However, on going to the access point they advised that the items had not been received by them. This required me to contact both UPS and ABC customer services. Sofie of ABC was very helpful and arranged for the items to be resent and delivered to my home address instead. However, one item was still missing on delivery, which I am waiting to receive.

The Postal Service Lost My Package.
The postal service lost my package, and Australian Bodycare replaced it at no additional cost to me. The items which I ordered, tea-tree-oil body wipes, are very nice and much needed.
