Cheap products

Took weeks to arrive, thought it was Australian but wasn’t. The box was so damaged I couldn’t give it as a gift. The toys were detached from original casing. It looked second hand. Looks like a toy from a dollar shop. Never again

Absolutely disgusting quality

Absolutely disgusting quality! Looks nothing as described. Was not in a package just squished into a mail bag. Cheap Asian quality took forever to arrive. This is a scam do not buy!

I spent nearly $300 on gifts

I spent nearly $300 on gifts. This company is definitely not Australian & the quality of the items I bought is second grade. Not one gift is what I thought it would be. Very very disappointed

Rubbish Product- buyer BEWARE !!

Rubbish Product- buyer BEWARE !!
Ordered a month ago and received today. Not an Australian product as it infers. Shipped from China- packaging flimsy and the baby toy came in bits and pieces with no instructions. I would be really surprised if this toy met Australian standards regarding safety. It is aimed at a baby- no way would I give it to a baby, with the small components that would definitely be a choking risk.
I will be reporting this company to consumer affairs.
Amazing that the reviews on the original page are all 5 star ( hundreds of them !)
Do NOT waste your money !!!!!

Don't buy

Don't buy
They are scammers!
Goods never arrived after 8 weeks I followed up. Apparently lost in transit!
I've never had this issue with other online suppliers.
I made contact & they offered to send the goods again or offered a refund.
I selected the refund and never received the funds returned to my account.
I have followed up again, I think they want me to forget about it.
If I don't have refund in 7 days I will be reporting g them to ACCC

Ordered a toddler carrier only to realise it is shipped from CHINA. Then it got lost in transit. I asked for a refund. They offered store credit less the shipping cost which was free shipping. Left with $9 Store credit out of original $35au$
Took near on 2months to decide this. Worst online shopping experience EVERRR!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, my wife bought a $44 toy which is not working and was reported to them only to be given $9 credit valid for 48 hours as compensation. The toy’s quality is far from what is posted on their website. Avoid at all costs. Definitely reporting this business to consumer affairs.

I want to score them NO STARS !

I want to score them NO STARS !! I purchased “Wall climbing cars “ which do NOT climb walls ! The company is called Australian Kids so you would think it is Australian … but it comes from China & took weeks to arrive then didn’t do anything it was advertised to do ! Cheap crappy product ! I emailed them stating the facts & that I want the money back refund as stated in ad. They offered me 30% refund which after many emails back & forth was the best I could get ! Then today I got an email stating I have 48 hours to spend my measly $9 credit ( which is roughly 10% of cost ) at their online store on anything over $49 !! Total rip off & a warning DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!

This is not an Australian business as it claims to be.
I made a $221 purchase on October 4th — it’s now the 22nd, and they still haven’t even shipped my order.
Thankfully, PayPal refunded me in full after I filed a complaint.
Reading other reviews, I can see I’m not alone — many customers are saying the same thing.
Dishonest advertising, poor service, and zero communication.
They should be reported and investigated.

SCAM. Order placed and nothing received

I placed an order on 10 October and received a confirmation email but no updates since and it's been 10 days. No reply to Facebook message and the Australian phone number on the website is fake. Please contract me to organise a refund or so the item asap.

My order arrived this morning to my address in Sydney, Australia - Oct. 21st. The package was badly squashed! No support was built in.
In addition, I have no confirmation as to the origin of the sender. It could have been shipped from Ontario in Canada of from a location in Europe. I would appreciate knowing contact details for Australian Kids ORDER AK-AU31737. I believe it was shipped from China. I WOULD NEVER HAVE ORDERED THIS PRODUCT IF I'D KNOWN IT WAS COMING FROM A CHINESE MANUFACTURER.

I'm tired from being ripped off by online companies.

The packaging of the DIY Handmade Material Package from YY Brother is a disgrace. The fact that this dreadful company based in China uses the name Australian-kids.com is sleazy and deceitful. The contact number for Australian-kids is supposed to be +61 451 405 474. It has been disconnected! I loathe these dishonest companies and would not recomment dealing with them!!!!

OMG People BEWARE!

OMG People BEWARE!! I Wish I had read all the reviews before getting sucked in to purchasing from this company that has the nerve to call themseves Australian Kids but in actual fact the stuff is coming from overseas. I Never received my order and it took 6 long weeks from my initial complaint to receive my money back. I was sent a photo of the supposed delivery which showed no parcel and it was on the footpath side of my front fence and it was dark, what an absolute joke and they use some delivery service that I have never heard of. As soon as I started tring to get a refund I kept getting told to be patient, well I am sorry but it does not take 6 weeks to process a refund!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a month ago and have not received my items. I have followed up twice now with no updates.
Realised after ordering the items are the same on temu and I could have gotten it in time. Now scrambling to order my presents for my son as these don’t look like they’ll come anytime soon (if at all)

Wow. Not for me

Wow. I was just about to ask Aus. kids if they would be willing to send to NZ . I realize the child in the ad. is playing with more than one set of toys which is a bit misleading but reading these reviews I'm not buying now. I've been so disappointed in the past with shopping on line so I don't want to go down that road again. Montessori should review your ads..

Bad Quality and long wait

This company says Australian kids so naturally you’d expect quality Australian made products. The product I received took over 3 weeks to be delivered and the quality was absolutely terrible. Also to note it came from overseas. Very disappointed.

So disappointed in the luminous drawing…

So disappointed in the luminous drawing board. The thin plastic board looks second hand and one of the connection wires is loose. The general quality is shoddy and cheap. I paid half price and would have been angrier if I had paid the full price. Unfortunately, I bought 2.Never again. I had the option to return them to China at my cost.
