This company should be banned

This company should be banned. Cheap Chinese made toys at over priced prices and all instructions are in Chinese. Do not support the shonky company, posing as an Australian company. Total crap!!!!!

DON'T BE FOOLED

DON'T BE FOOLED - THIS COMPANY IS NOT AUSTRALIAN - IT IS BASED IN CHINA AND SUPPLIES FROM CHINA.
Even though I was disappointed in the product I purchased, as I found the puzzles to be much smaller than they look in the photo and each puzzle was similar and too easy to solve, I was more disappointed in the way they market themselves as an Australian Company.
Their website gave the impression they are a Melbourne based company, which encouraged me to purchase from them. However, despite the way they market themselves, I did not necessarily think the products were made here. It wasn’t till after I had placed the order and received notification on the very long lead time on delivery that I did research and found their office address is in Hong Kong. On top of that PayPal charged me an additional foreign exchange fee..
As a company owner who keeps all the stock of their locally designed Chinese made products in Australia and is upfront with that information, I find what they are doing is abhorrent.

I was sent the wrong order

After contacting Australian kids many times about receiving the wrong order with no response.
I put a negative review on Trustpilot.
Straight away they got back saying how sorry they were and would sort it out.
What a lot of lies. They only said that to make themselves look good on Trustpilot.
They have not contacted me or sent me the right order.
Do not buy from them. They are not trustworthy.
They are not an Australian Company. They are based in China.
Please read reviews on this company before buying from them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT AUSTRALIAN

I placed an order and received a confirmation email. Then two weeks after placing an order I received an email asking for a review of the product I'd ordered but had not received. I emailed the company to be told they would contact the logistics team and get back to me immediately. Yep nothing was heard. Sent another email today cancelling my order only too be told it had been shipped!!! I told them again I had cancelled my order only to be informed an order can't be cancelled during shipping but I can return it for a refund!!!! Don't buy anything from them. I was sucked in thinking it was an Australian company but I should have done my research properly. Lesson learned but be warned DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIPOFF and tell everyone you can DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

Just don't

I wish had looked deeper into reviews for the company before purchasing the baby lounger because it just wasn't worth it.
The company is based in Hong Kong and products ship from China which is why the postage takes so long.
The sales are fake and the lounger I received was not to the quality of the review pictures on the product page which I expect are taken from another company or also just fake. They also claim it will help with reflux but there is nothing about this specific product that will help because it is so flat and lacks any real cushioning that it doesn't do anything. The puffiness of only the foot part is likely to make it worse.
I've now wasted $30 and have to find a new product any way. 0 Stars, down right dodgy.

Rubbish scam site

Got confirmation of order then poor updates on pack location. I am in tropical North Queensland and package said to have been successfully delivered to Jurien bay in Western Australia some 4000 plus klms away. A Chinese rip-off site. BEWARE.

SCAM COMPANY DONT BUY FROM THEM - product comes from china not Australia. Fake company based in Hong Kong. Nothing to do with Aussie Kids

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Don’t buy from them!!!

I bought a baby lounger for my granddaughter. The pics on their website are Ai generated. The product I received is a cheap Chinese imitation. It’s absolute rubbish and not supportive at all! They pretend to be Australian, but office is based in Hong Kong and cheap crap is dropshipped from china.

To get a refund you have to return to china which will cost more than I paid. They offered 30% refund without return - which will probably be a credit for their crap store. Never again. I’m going to post this all over Facebook to warn others. Should be illegal! Don’t waste your time or money.

I’m so upset I’ve got a flimsy piece of rubbish I wouldn’t even give to my cat to use and wasted my money

Cheap in quality and presentation

Was definitely not what I expected. Terrible quality, terrible packaging, very cheap looking in every way.
I also thought it was an Australian Co. I should have looked more closely. Spent $70 on what I could have spent much less

Beware - not an Australian company!

Don't be fooled (as I was). This is not an Australian company, despite their name. My order, which took over three weeks to arrive, was shipped from China.
The product itself is of so-so quality, and not a matching set as shown in the advertising pic.
Definitely not recommended - it's what I'd expect to buy at a $2 shop.

If I could give it less than 1 star

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Completely false advertising and what you might call ‘a rip off’.
I ordered a book and it came as a pile of loose sheets and cardboard. While they responded to my complaint email, what they offered was completely unacceptable (30% refund) or return by post at my own expense.

Cheap products

Took weeks to arrive, thought it was Australian but wasn’t. The box was so damaged I couldn’t give it as a gift. The toys were detached from original casing. It looked second hand. Looks like a toy from a dollar shop. Never again

Rubbish Product- buyer BEWARE !!

Rubbish Product- buyer BEWARE !!
Ordered a month ago and received today. Not an Australian product as it infers. Shipped from China- packaging flimsy and the baby toy came in bits and pieces with no instructions. I would be really surprised if this toy met Australian standards regarding safety. It is aimed at a baby- no way would I give it to a baby, with the small components that would definitely be a choking risk.
I will be reporting this company to consumer affairs.
Amazing that the reviews on the original page are all 5 star ( hundreds of them !)
Do NOT waste your money !!!!!

Don't buy
They are scammers!
Goods never arrived after 8 weeks I followed up. Apparently lost in transit!
I've never had this issue with other online suppliers.
I made contact & they offered to send the goods again or offered a refund.
I selected the refund and never received the funds returned to my account.
I have followed up again, I think they want me to forget about it.
If I don't have refund in 7 days I will be reporting g them to ACCC

Ordered a toddler carrier only to realise it is shipped from CHINA. Then it got lost in transit. I asked for a refund. They offered store credit less the shipping cost which was free shipping. Left with $9 Store credit out of original $35au$

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, my wife bought a $44 toy which is not working and was reported to them only to be given $9 credit valid for 48 hours as compensation. The toy’s quality is far from what is posted on their website. Avoid at all costs. Definitely reporting this business to consumer affairs.

Absolute garbage ... drop shipping cheap rubbish from China. While trying to look like they are a genuine Australian Business.
