I ordered a casting kit at the beginning of February that never arrived. The tracking is labelled ‘exception’ but hasn’t been updated since the 1st of March. I get that things happen, but I have reach... See more

Ordered for a gift late November. If I had have known it would take so long and come from overseas I would have purchased elsewhere. Not here yet and the tracking is shocking. Surely when they advertise they would have the product in their Warehouse. AK advertise as educational toys for children - wonder what broken item I will get going by the previous reviews?
The delivery came. We had to search for it as SpeedX delivery must have just thrown it and it landed in our creek. We were home at the delivery date. Yet to find out exactly what the quality of the item is like as it is a Christmas gift.

All goods arrived damaged and unable to be given as gifts. And their website boasts "Thoughtfully Chosen. Lovingly Delivered". Wasted $184.65. Have emailed and text them photos of goods requesting replacements to arrive before Christmas, but received no reply at all & after reading other reviews, don't hold any hope of a satisfactory resolution. Do not go any where near this website. Lesson learnt: double-check reviews

Disappointed with myself for not checking the reviews of this company!
Would not have purchased what it did!
Because it arrived all squashed and it looks cheap! I bought for a present for Christmas, I spent more than I was going to, but felt it was worth it! Now I feel I should buy something extra, because it looks like crap!
What a horrible company! Australian children's toys! Scam! Don't buy from them!

I am very disappointed that what l thought was an Australian company is actually based in Hong Kong. It presents itself as providing for Australian children when really it’s just providing cheap stuff from overseas. I am still waiting for delivery and we will see what it brings.

Cheap Chinese knockoffs. Nothing about this website is Australian. Stay clear.

Reads like an Australian company but very obviously not. Toys arrived in beaten up packaging, assuming direct from China. Paid a higher amount to get good quality for Christmas gifts (as opposed to Temu) and they are ungiftable....

fake phone number, long delivery time, not even australian they are based in hong kong, i bet cheaply made products. ai photos and images.

They could start by renaming their company anything but "Australian" Kids. Products are direct from China and poor quality. Very misleading!!

Don't bother buying from this company, you might as well go straight to Temu as the products seem like it's from that company. Quality of products are poor. Purchased the Creative Building Set Science TOys and the instructions are in Chinese! These products have wires and uses electricity, its extremely unsafe to not have any english instructions. Very disappointed.
Most infuriating is that items arrived damaged and they only offer 30% refund on the items (but hey you get to keep the damaged items!) or you send the items back at your cost to their China warehouse to potentially get the full refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Wish I had looked at these reviews before I purchased a bunch of Xmas presents. The site looks legit but after receiving torn boxes, opened and damaged I see that their address is in Hong Kong. So not Australian at all!! Dodgy! All of the products are cheap and covered in foreign language labels. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Arrived damaged and of dubious quality, took a while to get here and as a value for money proposition- forget it.

I thought i purchased a product. Money was taken from my account. No order number received. No updates on packaging, shipping or delivery. No responses to emails sent with my enquires or concerns. Ive reported this company as a scam and Im not expecting to receive my products. I mistakenly thought this was an Australian company. It is NOT. Its all in China.

Bought what I thought was from an Australian company. The set arrived in an unmarked brown box and looks like something I could have bought from the $2 shop. Cheap and nasty, terrible quality. Never again

Exorbitant price for poor quality Chinese imports. I mistakenly thought that with the company name I was buying a quality product. Wish that I had read the reviews before wasting my money. The 'supposed' magnetic wall climbing cars only work on the fridge! I thought the cars would be encased in a presentation box. Tacky plastic bags encased each car, with no instructions enclosed. I sent a complaint email requesting a refund, which is still unanswered. The only correspondence I have received was a review request. Despite my negative response no contact has been forthcoming. A one star review is too high for the rubbish they supply and their non-existent customer service, plus their untrue statement, price is for 'today' only. The same advertisement kept continually appearing.

I bought two night lights from Australian Kids thinking it was Australia Based. It was going to be for two kiddies for Xmas. I decided to keep one for my grandchildren when they came over. So, I opened it up yesterday. The light ok, the projector does not go all over the walls like it shows in their videos. They advertise calm music no button for that. I have asked to return for a full refund. No email as yet. I paid $84.85 for the two lights a significant amount to pay.

Worst company to deal with. Orders not fulfilled. Payment made. No reply to emails.

They need minus stars..
Wish I read these reviews before buying the paint mat, its not even the size of a tea towel, the paint pens don't even open to add the water, and only one stencil not two... Using AUSTRALIAN name but all packaging is Chinese...
SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER IT AND I FELL FOR IT....
I have requested return/refund , but they are very slow replying, if you even get a reply..
Update:16/12/25 even tho the pens at faulty all I got was they can be returned at MY expense and they'll give me 30% off even tho the mat clearly shows a child sitting on the floor using it and it's past both knees, and neither pen works compared to what you receive which is t/towel/place mat size... False advertising on every level... It is NOT Australian made as they lead you to believe, Chinese 💩and not another word about refund or where to return it to... They could at least send replacement working pens but no NOTHING because I doubt they even work..

A scam site. Not Australian at all. Based in Hong Kong. So toys that are cheaply made are sold at expensive prices. Very overinflated prices. Toy doesn't even work. Doesn't light up a advertised. Kicking myself for not researching them beforehand. So warning to you all. Research them and look for same toys that are priced much cheaper elsewhere.

Beware, damaged during delivery. Purchased 3 of these kits for Xmas presents. All three boxes were squashed, ripped, and dented. The company have offered 30% refund, or 100% only if I pay for postage of items returned. Please beware buyers.

This website can NOT be trusted. Nothing about it is “Australian”.. clearly they see Aussies as an easy target. The item I ordered from them was pictured and described as “safe for babies”.. the item I received was the size of a golf ball.. and definitely, without doubt, not a safe toy for babies… I was scammed. The website offers you the opportunity to leave a review which I did write.. however my negative feedback was never published. This website is a SCAM. I don’t believe the reviews on the products are to be trusted either.
Don’t waste your money (like I did)..
poorly packed, arrived in damaged packaging.. promoted as a bath toy, does not float. Product size doesn’t match the promoted images.
