I have travelled twice in the past with Austravel and when this opportunity arrived to visit Australia again I didn't hesitate to contact Austravel.
The agent I booked with Suzanne Savage was both professional friendly and helpful. After speaking with her I felt as if I'd made a new friend. Looking forward with excitement to our forthcoming holiday.

I have just booked an extended trip to Australia and New Zealand for December to mid February. The price was competitive and quickly arranged. Fine tuning to the trip was done over the phone with the very friendly and helpful travel designer.

Suzanne organised my first trip to Australia which was brilliant so I went straight back to her once we picked New Zealand as our next holiday destination. She kept us informed through the planning stage and promptly sent the details once the reservations had been secured. I know Suzanne will always respond to my emails promptly and she answers all my questions no matter how trivial. Suzanne gives a professional yet friendly service and ensures that our holiday is expertly planned to alleviate any potential problems. I really wouldn't go to anyone else to plan my holidays to Australia or New Zealand. Suzanne is an absolute credit to Austravel.
