Fast delivery despite Covid, problem with unit not covering a car I needed it for even though Autel coverage said it was supposed too, Autel Sale resolved the issue with factory, so far happy with experience thanks

Excellent how they treated me and the saleswoman was very professional.

I have been shopping for a particular OBD2 scanner and in the process came across their website. I found the scanner I was looking for at a very good price with very fast shipping. I had to contact them after the sale and their support was outstanding. I would buy from this reputable business again in a heartbeat! Very satisfied.

They were on time and the product was just as shown. The response timely and staff was nice.

Hi everyone! I want to leave an honest review about AUTELSALE.COM The company is 100500% trustworthy! I purchased the MK906BT diagnostic scanner from them. The support was through watsapp, where I got answers to all my questions. Very good support manager. Payment via PayPal. The price corresponds to the one indicated on the website. The package was delivered from a warehouse in the USA. Delivery was made in a few days, as promised for free. I recommend for cooperation, this is NOT a fraud and NOT a fake! EVERYTHING IS HONEST. Bad reviews are written by competitors whose prices are much higher. I will buy and cooperate with this company in the future 100%.

Very good experience with customer service I had a situation where is he thought I ordered two and only ordered one Essie Took the problem on Who is in one day I had it fixed received unit I on May 7, 2021 will be trying out Thanks

Very nice attendance and fast shipping 👍

Excellent service !!! Fast delivering and answering for solution , I’m actually buying more devices at autelsale 👍🏻👍🏻

Stay away from this Chinese company, it is a scam they are not authorized Autel dealer. you will never receive your product. They rename their websites with Autel word in it like Autelshop.com, Autelsale.com. All these scam companies are owned by same person.

Autelsale.com has a return policy that I have followed exactly. They refuse to give me a return address unless I justify my reason to return. I told them that the tool did not perform like it was supposed to and then I asked for a refund address, but they refuse to give it to me. it is like they are holding the address hostage. If I knew about how they treat customers I would not have bought from them. I even said I would pay the 10% restocking fee. I would think long and hard before I bought from them!!
