Awful company!

Awful company!! Mechanic promised he could fix the issues, he was very confident but had to order parts and return later, sensors had been removed from my car and left un driveable in the meantime!!
Office were hopeless refusing to book me back in not answering calls or just promising to phone back and not!! Car was off the road for weeks!!
Finally mechanic showed back up fitted the sensors but car is still lit up like a Christmas tree despite the promises!!
After ignoring me for weeks they weren't long in sending their bill and escalating it from their demanding payment!!
Avoid this company at all costs

Nice and early
Straight on with job as described.
Jacked van up sorted filter and cleaned through system. Clear all faults on dash. Great service better and more reasonable than main dealer.

Professional & Efficient

Contacted Auto Assist on Tuesday to get information re a GPF Trade Clean for my car.
The service was booked for today (Friday 10/01/25) between 12:00 & 14:00.
Craig, the DPF Specialist called to say he was on his way. He arrived
early, and waited for me to get home. He was pleasant, polite and professional throughout, finished the job efficiently in the specified timeframe, and provide relevant information afterwards.

A very pleased, and satisfied customer.

Do not use. Turn up, do nothing, keep your deposit

I had Diagnostics done at 2 places, both told me I had a blocked DPF. I booked these guys to do a DPF clean and paid £150 deposit.

The guy turned up, plugged his machine in. He refused to do it until I had a Timing Chain replaced. He spent a couple of minutes with his machine plugged in, and then 5 minutes telling me I had a Ford engine(false) and that my car was made of Chinese Monkey Metal. 2018 Discovery Sport.

He told me I'd get a Diagnostic report emailed, along with a quote to do all work required bar timing Chain. I never got received anything. After I called the second time for a refund, I did get a faked up Diagnostic report emailed, signed by someone other than me. The email also congratulated me on having a successful DPF Clean, when no such thing had taken place.

I rang and asked for deposit back. I was told it would be put through to the refund department. I heard nothing so rang again. I was told 'It's in the small print' Even we decide not to do anything, we can keep your deposit.

I've given 14 days notice to return my deposit and heard nothing. Today I'm starting proceedings in Small Claims Court.

Beware.
