2010 LR4

My husband was out of a vehicle for 4 months. We thought that replacing the air suspension was going to be not affordable. We ordered the Suncore Front & Rear Complete Strut Assembly Conversion Kit 73R-31-4 and hired a mechanic to remove the old and replace with the new. My husband was so happy that he is now able to drive his vehicle again. It was so much cheaper than other places and it saved us lots of money.

MOOG Control arms sway bar link

Have had control arms and swaybar links installed on Honda pilot for the last two weeks and things feel buttery smooth. I cannot speak to durability and longevity yet. I sure hope the sporadic negative reviews for Moog parts in terms of its durability are not true. So far so good parts came packaged well and I would buy again

Being a father of two and a devoted…

Being a father of two and a devoted husband, I charrish my downtime from work and sending that downtime with my family. So when it came time to replace the front suspension on my 2012 GMC pickup, I wanted to make it part of family time. My 13 year old son and I received the exact parts we ordered the first time allowing my son and I more time to build and learn something new together. And by getting the correct parts I ordered we did not have to drive around town looking for replacements. Having a company like Autobuffy taking the time to do it right thing the first time made this father/son task so much more enjoyable. And when you give me more time with my family, well you have made a friend and customer for life in me. Lastly, I shopped several places for the parts I needed when I came across AutoBuffy. Your prices were so much cheaper vs your nearest competitor that I was concerned that I might not get the correct parts when they did arrive. Not only did I receive the correct parts, one of the parts tested higher than the factory GM part I was replacing. AutoBuffy, thank you for doing what you do and for doing it right!

Filter never arrived and no refund

I ordered a cabin air filter for my car. I paid in full. It never arrived. I have spoken to them about this and they said they would investigate and get back to me. That never happened. I bought a similar, higher quality replacement on eBay motors which arrived very quickly and was cheaper. Don’t waste your time and money with Auto Buffy.

I bought a control arm kit for acura…

I bought a control arm kit for acura RDX 2008, my order did not arrive until three days late and I only received half of the order, two parts arrived two more than they did not arrive even today for a week I am writing the email with help me because I have no one to contact no one answers the rings take a day or two to answer me and even to this day after eight days I don't know since when they send me the parts and if they still send me I have no one to talk to i don't have a phone number is the worst company i have ever come across.

I don't received two pieces
my order is paid for a set of four pieces, I received only two, I have no one to talk to, no one answers my email, I was promised that the pieces would arrive on Friday, but they didn't, two arrived on Saturday and two they haven't arrived and I don't know when they will arrive, I received a message that they were distributed, but they didn't specify that it wasn't the complete set, I don't know what I have to do and how I can contact this company. You have no one to talk to .

Disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed in Auto Buffy. I ordered Left and Right Front Struts w/ Spring, Shock Absorbers & Sway Bar. It came with only 1 strut. I only got 1 strut for the front instead of 2! Plus they told me the order would arrive on a Friday or Saturday and it didn't arrive until the next Tuesday! They sent it UPS even though the Picking Slip clearly stated it would go FEDEX. Finally, I sent them photos of what I got and the Picking Slip yesterday (because you're not allowed to just call them), and I still don't have a new shipment on the way. The whole thing was very disappointing! I sincerely doubt I will ever go back to Auto Buffy.
UPDATE: After I submitted this review, I did get a notice that my other strut was on the way, and this time they sent it FEDEX. It arrived before 10:30 the next day. And after the mechanic put everything on, they said it fit perfectly. Yeah! I have changed my review to a 3 out of 5 because they finally corrected all the original mistakes.

Trouble at auto Buffy!

I bought an air spring kit for my Lincoln town car. It has two airbags, two solenoids and an air pump with motor. It does not come with the retainer springs for the air bags.
I went to my mechanic to have them installed and he told me it wouldn’t be until he got back from vacation a week later. A week later he was so backed up from being off for a week it was going to take another week and a half just to get the car in the shop. my wife and I were scheduled to go on a vacation for three weeks, so I told him will be back in three weeks and I’ll bring it in then. I have a receipt as to when the work was done. My mechanic after installing everything flip the switch to turn on the air compressor and everything was fine. He had to replace the front springs on the car the next day, and when he came in the car was sagging down. He said he started the car to let the airbags fill back up again, and after about three or four hours, it seem to be still holding. He finished installing the springs and put the car on the alignment rack for the morning. He came in in the morning, and the car was sagging down again. He started it up again, and one of the airbags blew out. It didn’t blow the rubber, the rubber came out from under the clamp on the bottom of the bag. I couldn’t wait for Auto Buffy to send me a replacement, so I got two more bags from a local parts house. I figured I would just get one of the airbags replaced under warranty and then keep them as a spare set.
When I contacted Auto Buffy about replacing the defective airbag, I got a email back the next day asking me to please refer to their 30 day policy. They sent me a screenshot of it highlighted. So I sent them an email back and said that PayPal has 180 day recourse on the purchase and that I would assume that they had to be involved in the process, however I would like the name of the manufacturer so I could go after them from my replacement. I basically got the same email back with a screenshot of their warranty policy. They did not send me the name of the manufacturer, they just basically sent me the same email they sent the first time. And I imagine they’ll do the same thing in response to the email that I sent back to them. I asked them if they thought I was some kind of an idiot, that I didn’t read their first email.
Also in my in my first email to them, I asked them to send me another printable. Copy of my receipt. The file they sent sent to pages when I looked at it the first page had the payment transaction information I need for a receipt. When you click on it to try and print the print, preview shows the first page as just being a drawing of a box, and nothing else. The second page has the images of all the things that came in the kit. The first page was one I needed, but it was not to be had when I set out another request for a printable version, one that doesn’t have a glitch in it. They sent me the same thing again, and the same thing happened.
So now I am out the price of two airbags. Now I am going to take matters to a higher level.
I WOULD NOT TRUST BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY! I DON’T CARE HOW MANY GOOD REVIEWS THEY HAVE. They have shown me how they handle customer problems. THEY DON’T DESERVE THE 4 1/2 STAR RATING!
UPDATE
I called the distribution center where Auto Buffy ordered it from, and they were very apologetic. They said they would send me out a new one with a return postage to return the defective one. Problem Solved! No thanks to Auto Buffy and their nonexistent customer service!
