I have booked cars with you over many…
I have booked cars with you over many years and would have thought loyalty meant something. I asked for the quote to be emailed - $1870- and then had to attend to some shopping, go to a doctor's appointment and by the time I got back to pay it was now $1951! I then rang someone at Auto Europe to ask how this happened and did not receive much of an explanation - "it happens.." $70 extra dollars is a lot for a senior and I cannot see that the reason for this. I have paid because I did want to secure the booking but for the first time in all my dealings with Auto Europe it is hard to feel well satisfied with the experience. Very disappointing. I have always found your company to be professional and excellent to deal with and that is why I keep coming back to you.
