A complete disaster in case you need to solve any issue.
They do not protect their clients interests even if you pay them the money in advance. They have a good online products and intermediate the car rental but in case any problems occurs, you are told to address it only after the rental period is finished and your holiday can be ruined.
When presented to the rental desk of Noleggiare in Milano Malpensa Airport, Noleggiare people from the desk LIED to me that Autoeurope booked another car category in their system. I have called Autoeurope customer support, they told me I can cancel the booking, or rent the same category from another company and they will reimburse the money.
After rental period finished, when contacting the customer support, instead of solving the problem, they have searched for any reasons to make me the only responsible.
They did not want to consult the history of my calls to their consultants to verify what they have instructed me to do. They didn't want to investigate that I was scammed and lied by the rental company to buy an upgrade. Instead, they have said I was late to pick-up the car by 9 minutes. That was not true, because I was calling their customer support for almost 1 hour trying to explain them that Noleggiare do not want to give me the car I was booking through autoeurope.eu.
Very disappointed by their attitude and the time I lost to explain how I was scammed by Noleggiare with 600 EURO
Advice : if you have problems with a car booked through Autoeurope.eu and you call them before taking the car, ask for written profs of your conversation. Hopefully it will be easier for you to get reimbursed.

I made the above feedback after contacting your customer support team. The negative feedback and my negative experience refers to Autoeurope customer support team approach after many hours spent explaining the situation.
Autoeurope team did not supported my interests neither kept their instructions consistent.
