Booked with Auto Europe a rental by dryyve, it was the cheapest deal for a week in Austria. Auto Europe were perfect. Dryyve are the worst scammers in the world. Instead of a week costing 270€ it costed almost 800. But Auto Europe helped me get some of this scammed money back… thank you guys ❤️

1) Please be aware this is (NOT) the hrie company, they are a broker. When you need help they wash there hands of you after taking your money.
2) What you pay for will not be what you get with the hire company. We paid for booster seats, breakdown cover, and for both of us to be insured. When we arrived we had to pay for ALL THREE again to the tune of 240 euros almost as much as the higher agreement.
3) When we got our car it was not a luxury car it was a citreon c3 with no room for our cases. After our first journey it broke down upon arrival at the villa. When we called the hire company they told us we would need to pay 85 euros for a replacement to be sent ..when I complained we have only just driven it they said call your broker. I called the broker..got hung up on twice and then got told we would have to pay the difference! They didn't care not one bit.
4) both cars we got the first one and the replacement was absolutely battered ! Honestly would not put my worst enemy in the car...upon driving along the motor way the bonnet pinged up which was almost fatal.
5) Upon arrival and on collection of the car it had to pay £1300 on my debit card as a deposit. Only 1080 was returned.
6) Upon return to the UK I filled in a customer service support form as advised. That was a week ago...haven't heard a single thing back..why??? Becuase they don't care and this is a scam.
In summary you absolutely need to avoid AUTO EUROPE at ALL costs. This hire has cost me 700 euros. I will be speaking to the regulatory body and am taking legal advice they should not be able to get away with treating people like this. They ruined our holiday and genuinely do not care

Our flight was delayed, and the kind lady stayed beyond her working hours to wait for us. She handled the entire process very professionally, and on top of that, they even provided us with a brand-new car. Excellent service! There is also a shuttle from the airport.
