Always reliable
Rent with AE a lot of times and never had any trouble.I choose among the main companies and avoid those which seem cheaper at first and often end up being more expensive after unjustified credit card surcharge (check the reviews on line...) and AE often offers real bargains .

Very poor service
Very poor service. We had booked a car in Naples for two days. We arrived late for the pick-up and was told that the booking was cancelled by Auto Europe. We have paid for two full days and there was more than one and a half day left, but Auto Europe insisted they wouldn´t give us the car. We have paid the full amount and Auto Europe is not willing to refund as much as a euro cent. Auto Euro insist they are in their rights to do so, but for anyone travelling by plane it is risky to do business with Auto Euro. We surely wouldn`t recommend it. Peter & Marie Louise, Denmark
