Unacceptable customer service and almost fraudulent way of conducting business.

Following an incident in which the diesel in the car I rented froze, even after I've added antifreeze as per their recommendation, I have been charged for the car towing even though I have paid for full roadside assistance. after a month of being charged this enormous amount, I have incurred further charges without being notified or told what for. These are currently under dispute via my credit card provider and I will proceed into legal action if these are not resolved accordingly. It is unacceptable to continuously steal money from an account without any notice or reason. The customer service is never available to answer calls!

I would definitely not recommend this provider to anyone. Stick to something with a decent customer service, such as Avis, Hertz etc.

Great service in finding the best prices with reputable companies. Some information are not complete however, for example when you purchase the damage cover there are no clear information on the procedure for asking for a refund in the eventuality that you will incur an accident that will cause a charge from the rental company. At least I cannot find those information on the Web site

They did not give me back the deposit in Malaga. Thieves. Be careful. It is better to pay for a professional company and have a chat. Gooldcar works with them and they are a disaster.

I rented a car with Auto Europe in Italy this summer and loved the experience! It was easy and we knew all the costs upfront. I like that they include collision damage waiver, theft protection and third party liability insurance (with zero deductible) in the quoted price. As usually it's a surcharge and a surprise each time you rent a car anywhere else. Will definitely be renting with Auto Europe in the future.
