HORRABLE SERVICE - NEVER AGAIN
We did not take the car because they did not accept our credit card on my name. They said it was not valid. We asked to change the name on the reservation to use other credit cards (my father's one) and they said they could not change the name. SIMPLY, they made you pay and you cannot. change the name on the reservations, thus if you feel sick before driving you MUST lose the money instead passing the booking to a second driver. PLEASE refund immediately. We did not take the service. This should be cancelled.

thank you for sharing your opinion about your car hire in Lisbon. We can understand your feelings, but actually at time of booking and in the Terms and Conditions on the voucher (that client must read and accepts before paying as well), it is written that the main driver must present a valid credit card on his name for the deposit.
