Good service and delivery
The process is pretty straightforward and helpdesk is very proactive in helping you along. Delivery was on Time and very helpful. The warranty is definitely a plus in comparison to buying from a private seller.

I would like to share my experience with you.
I bought a used Mazda from them this year.
Payed for it, and waited for the delivery of the car in 2 weeks as advertised, however the car arrived after 6 weeks. Before payment I was contacted on a dayli basis but after thy received the transfer it was silence........ Sending numerous emails, making numerous calls. The same answer :"we are preparing the car for delivery," they say that the car is cleaned and inspected thoroughly before the delivery, but I belive it is not true.... The car was REALLY DIRTY when it was delivered, and it olso had multiple damages.
A few months after (last week) I started having mechanical issues with the car (the dashboard light up like a Christmas tree) so I took it to a Mazda dealer in my area. After diagnosis they said they must change a part in the engine compartment (I am not a mechanic).they said repair will cost in approximately 1000euro.
Considering that it was still in warranty, I submitted a claim to the seller (Autohero).
After more than 1 week with almost no contact this afternoon I received a email from them saying that they need a second opinion and they told me to contact an other garage......... How can I do that if the car is not OK to drive........
After my personal experience REALLY do not recommend. They are OK until they receive payment..... After that you are at their mercy

At first I doubted a bit due to not being able to see the car before buying, but with their 14 day pay back and 1 year guarantee I went with it. And i'm glad I did!! The car is in great condition, super clean and everything is just perfect. The driver was really friendly and helpful as well and the payment went smoothly. Everything went without any problem. I will definitely buy my next car with autohero again! Very statisfied customer.

NOT RECOMMENDED!
Before paying the money, they call you 10 times a day, but after that, you have to call 100 times to solve the delivery issues. If you want to buy a car from them prepare yourself for: delayed responses, long delivery time, no support for the issues, missing parts in the car, etc.
That was a very bad experience for me.
They also ask customers to write good reviews here to reward them! take care!

Getting my car delivered was not a problem. Unfortunately, the car's brake pads had been badly worn out since the beginning (and made a loud squeaking noise) and the engine oil obviously had not been topped up for the maintenance check.
I have been in communication with my garage and AutoHero now for almost a month (!), trying to get them to pay for the needed repairs out of my warranty. I am not able to drive my car due to safety concerns at this point. AutoHero is not helping at all.
Whenever I send a message to somebody from AutoHero, there is zero follow-up unless I urge them multiple times, and the people at customer support don't share information amongst themselves and hardly ever help (with some exceptions). This whole experience has been a nightmare.
After buying the car, I immediately got nudged toward giving a positive review to win vouchers (if the review was positive). I don't want vouchers. I want my car to work.
Avoid.

Perfection at your door.
Perfect ! The car was delivered in front of my house, I received all the explanations needed and Thibaud even show all the littles secret to my curious kids. He only left us when he was sure that everything was ok.
I can only recommend AutoHero. My next car (in a few years) will be buy via their website !

The procedure to buy and to get the car delivered is fluent and very easy. It was new for me to buy a car online, but I think this can be a very successful formula. Depending the car, this was deliverd clean and in the expected state. I will consider this again in the future if I purchase another car.

Modern and professional. Starting with their site who is totally better than any car seller I have seen. Constant communication. Personnel is polite and willing to help.
Having appreciated their service and professionalism, I would like to mention the following:
1. A car dealer with this level of service must provide financing service. I don't want to go anywhere for financing.
2. A car dealer with this level of service must provide insurance service. I don't want to go anywhere for insurance.
3. If the car you buy was previously "Corps Diplomatique", i.e. had diplomatic number plates, the process of obtaining a new number plate includes sending document originals to DIV and can take up to 2 weeks. There should be a notice on the site stating that.
Otherwise, excellent service, the car is as advertised. Highly recommended seller.
