liI send emali to autohero belgie and they never answer, then i call +32 460 25 25 81 and employe autohero some guy ask me: am i from belgie? i said: "no" i am from another country in EU. he said that they sell cars only to belgie citizen and interrupt call. That is discrimination of other citizen of EU. I cant belive how can this be possible, they dont want me to sell car because i am not from Belgie?!!? I offer them to pickup car or organize pickup car by delivery company at my expense, but even that they refused because i am not Belgie citizen?!!

The reaction you have left here is not quite in the right context. You wanted us to take over a foreign car and buy a new one from us to export it abroad. This is however not possible, due to the fact that all our cars also have a one-year warranty. As soon as the car is exported abroad, your guarantee expires as well. This has nothing to do with your nationality, but with the policy we follow.

Delivery of the car went very smoothly. It was delivered on time, I got help with unloading the car and got a good explanaition of everything: how the car works, the radio, ... The only thing I would suggest is to leave screws for the lincense plates. I had to go and buy me some which kept me from driving in the new car.

Convenient and good service
I recently bought my car on AutoHero. I was honestly a litlle bit scared to have a bad expereince but the possibility to sent it back during 14 days encouraged me to give it a try. I would have been more happy to be able to see it and tested it before but AutoHero surprised me positively with their great reactivity and excellent communication. The car was as described, only 1 small annoying point about a noise when ventilation is on (claim on going). For the rest, everything was great.

Friendly and good company!
They where very friendly and always responded to my messages ( and I've send a lot :p )and everything went really well and they where also really patient. The delivery was a bit different because the driver who was supposed to bring my car was french so there was a bit of a language barier there because he brought my car to the wrong adress at first but after calling him he arived at the right time adress a few minutes later.
