the car we were waiting for because it was "being inspected" was given to us with tyres which were damaged and repaired probably by a 5 year old, fitted on the car crookedly in addition...wut the fig seriously? Then they were playing a ridiculous game of hide and seek for weeks and weeks, finally paid for our new tyres quickly after I sent my lawyer in.
