Purchased carlinkit 4 about a year ago worked as advertised right out of the box.
I now purchased new vehicle and needed their help.

Good device with perfect support
I have bought an used Carlinkit Tbox mini recently, but had a problem with using it in my Skoda Octavia A8 (2021, "Swing" head unit is installed ) - had a freeze of multimedia system after approximately 30 min of operation. It was rather annoying, but I found contact of Carlinkit support and contacted them. Got quick response and support, had updated software and voila - now all working flawlessly. Thank you, Carlinkit support!
