While I love Autoleap above all…

While I love Autoleap above all automotive software ..recent changes have made it less efficient. Some of the inspections they have created, might be easier for the techs to point and take a picture..retrieving the notes from the system to transfer them over to the customer is a terribly inefficient process. Sometimes you have to stop reinventing the wheel

I love the eaze of it

I love the eaze of it. Thought I had marketing as part of my subscription but I guess it was more money. Told by land lord that we have to be out of this building by12-1-2025. No building in our price range so out of business we go. Hop fully I can figure a way to create an oil change special to send to all our customers to thank them for their business.

Tech support less than desirable

Tech support less than desirable. service not good. Stopped using Autoleap and still have to pay $2K because I signed a contract stating I have to pay for the full year and the contract does NOT say Autoleap has to provide good service.

Thoughts and Ideas

I like that customer service is at our finger tips. They answer right away. Usually they figure out my issue right away. Lately the system has had some clichés mileage would disappear, Send customer a estimate via text is not working again. I would reach out to Auto Leap and they take care of it right away or send it up the ladder and get it taken care of. I would like to see a area where we could offer tips or ideas that auto leap should offer to improve the site. One Idea I would love to see if there is a customer that is not to savvy with Technolgy a option to sign electronically in front of me. I personally Sampled a idea I had I added our personal email to a ro sent the estimate to our email then used are tablet to open the estimate and had the customer read and approve and sign right then and there. This helps with good ole California and them being so stricken with policy. I know it is simple to have them sign a paper estimate but when working with so much invoices and receipts for customers file a estimate sometimes gets lost. and this way there will alway be a sign copy on file date and time stamped. Just a thought I had but love auto leap like how its always evolving.
