Joke of a company, tried to arrange new car seats and the communication was appalling. After inputting my car information on 3 X occasions into their website they then requested the same information via Wattsapp (🤷‍♂️ dodgy as shit) then became argumentative via messaging, it's clearly a back street company with a flashy website... Don't get scammed...

⚠️ Warning to other customers: In my experience, Autoleathers Ltd is unreliable and unprofessional. I paid a deposit and was promised delivery within a week. Six weeks later, my order still hasn’t arrived. Communication was poor, with repeated excuses about production and customs, and when I asked for a refund, I was told it couldn’t be processed because management was on holiday.

Be very cautious before paying this company upfront.

They have stated they are not fraudsters, however there are many red flags which would indicate as such. Fraud/Scam proceedings now underway with my bank to recover funds.

Communication with the owner is a must as she's very proactive.
My seat covers are of decent quality and have been fitted extremely well. All in all, for me there are zero complaints.

Turned up this morning at the Newport branch, expecting the worst after reading reviews online. I couldn't be more wrong great service&the fitting is perfect also the quality&fitting service. The communication was second to none all the way through from ordering an fitment.

Wish I had read this before ordering - still not received my order. Had one email back when I chased and said they were coming next week which never happened. Ok thanks for all your reviews - I will start proceedings to get this sorted. Please never use this company!!!

4 weeks after placing order i have been contacted and informed that they can not source the colour chosen ( white),they have offered alternative light silver, and advise that if chosen it will be ready in 1-2 weeks.
4 weeks later, after numerous calls and emails, they had received the covers from the factory, i had also payed for them to be installed, i called to let them know that i cant make it for installation and i dont expect refund if they post them for next day, as i was leaving in holidays following week, i didnt receive them before leaving in holiday. Once returned, fortunately no one stolen them from front porch, ive started installation, only to discover numerous issues, poor fitting overall, and the biggest issue being with the front seats where the covers do not allow for the seat depth, called them and TONY advised that they will be replaced, 4 weeks after nothing, no email, calls.
I would not buy again from autoleathers if they would be the only company in the world manufacturing seat covers, very poor comunication and customer care, constantly liyng.

Hi I was looking for leather look seat coner for my 7 seater vw touran. among few autoleathers came up i ordered first a standard set with promised 4 days to be send. Autoleathers very fast withdraw payment. But delivery was not confirmed for 3 weeks. I tried to ask Autoleathers several times for my covers.
After i told to send payment back suddenly i godt mail asking for pictures og my seats in car. I managed to have added cross stitching og cover and was promised it would be send after 1 week. 3 weeks went on and suddenly parcel was send.
I got my cover set with no describtion how to install and covers was not suffient marked and we had to sulve the puzzle by our selves. Mainly the covers fit but some was different like handle for back adjustment in front seat was not there. Covers for nech pad on front seat did not fit at all.
I have again contacted autoleathers how to istall covers for neckpads 2 times with no answer.
The covers tha fits have nice stitching and look fine in car. Thow the long long delivery expierence makes me sad.
I would not consider to use autoleathers another time.

I really would think twice with this company.
Bought some Nissan leaf seat covers.
They advertise head and arm rest covers with them they do not come with them.
They say they will send some out.
Yer they won’t.
The covers were for the wrong car and didn’t fit they promise the earth deliver
Nothing.
Even though it’s their mistake.
I’ve opened up a despite on PayPal they will keep u waiting right until the last min for themselves to respond that will be a month since buying.
There a lot of money so please be carful and buy else where.
These guys are no good

Very good experience ,honest and competent in their work.product is of exceptional quality, offering both comfort and durability. Furthermore, the installation was executed flawlessly in my new car.

Not to be trusted rubbish covers that lift and split .they promised to sort out but after 4 years I am left with nothing recently answered after 4 years only to be told I would have to pay again please don't waste your money with these con men

Bought seat covers a month ago. Never heard anything. Ignored by their website email. Don't answer calls. Eventually respond via PayPal. Promised to sort and offer a discount for messing me around. A week passes and nothing. They changed the website prices go up from £155 to £275. Bunch of charlatans and chancers. Stay well clear.

Had a nice chap with the company and they gave me a nice quote I booked in the seats for my volvo amazon and they did a lovely job , I picked the seats up and then dropped them off with my car restoration company to fit them into the car , they shared images and I must say they look even more amazing inside my car well happy

Awful, awful company to deal with.
Bought covers in good faith and was assured they'd fit my car, and assurance of a refund if I wasn't 100% happy.
Returned the covers to them immediately, and they now ignore all attempts at trying to get a refund.
Thieves or just terrible to deal with? - I'm not sure.

So I had my car seats changed, on the day customer service was perfect. Very helpfull, explanatory and quick.

However, I noticed that after around 2 weeks that the seat covers ripped. I contacted someone on whatsapp called Munaza or whatever her name is and she is the most arrogant, rude and vile person I have ever come across. She completely ignored most of the time and would give me one word answers I even got ignored after I attempted to call her multiple times. She is a scam and i'm pretty sure theyre involved in some sort of tax evasion because theyre charging £200+ per car and before I arrived there there was a car that had its seat covers changed then just before I left there was another car. Yet on the gov.uk webpage it says that her anual return was 28K.

Munazza please respond to my query otherwise I will have no choice but to inform the HMRC regarding your silly little scheme of scamming people.

purchase seat cover for my ford galaxy one of cover had a defect was sold with one year warranty now they refuse to fix saying only six month warranty seat covers are poor quality will never use again

Scammers. Paid £200+ for seat covers and delivery. They didn't sort the delivery put which I paid £25 I had to contact to the depot and sort the delivery. Only to receive incorrect and cheap items. Customer service is abysmal. Contacted them over 4 times for return of goods and no one will provide them to me. Serious issues with this company. I strongly recommend no one ever uses them.

Scammers.After i sent them deposit they won’t answer on phone.

I attended the Birmingham branch on 19/4/21. I was served by a gentleman called Nadeem, he was a great help, explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I had my seat covers put on and their great! Great service provided, very pleased. Would definitely use again.
