I ordered from ASOS and live in a flat. Relay driver left my parcel at the flat entrance and not my actual door so someone tried to steal it. I asked around until someone told me they had seen a parcel hidden in the bushes in the communal gardens. It's really upsetting

First experience and I am absolutely disgusted. I got notifications about my parcel arriving today. It was meant to arrive 4 minutes after the last notification at 9:58 PM. It is now 10:50PM and no parcel. I can’t close my porch because of this. Reading the comments now, I am worried my parcel is not getting delivered at all

I have used Relay via the Vinted App on a number of occasions, sometimes it's ok, but recently it's been frustratingly bad.
The problem I find is that the tracking states the item is ready to collect from the shop, but when you get there, the parcel has in fact not been delivered as stated. Three times this week I have travelled 6 miles each way only to find that the item which has supposed to have been delivered, has actually not.
In future I'll stick to Yodel or Evri. They're not perfect, but way way better than Relay for just a few pence more.

Don't send anything of value through relay because it will go missing. My experience is that anything we orth over £5 won't reach it's destination. I've had numerous parcels with something of value go missing and then have the hassle of trying to get a refund from the online platform. Use Inpost and better still Royal mail. Avoid relay at all costs.
A case of the switched parcels
Dropped a parcel off at one of their delivery points and somewhere between that and actual delivery, the parcel has been switched. The buyer didn’t receive the item, the item I posted is missing and I am out of pocket. Not only that but you cannot speak to anyone to try to resolve this. Dreadful service. Avoid at all costs.
Phantom delivery, phantom Customer Service.
Received notification of delivery to ‘sheltered area’ despite being in and waiting for parcel. Nothing outside front door. My location is in a tower so went straight down to reception area. Nothing in view. Walked around the whole of the outside and checked. EVERYWHERE. Nothing. Delivery picture shows parcel but it’s taken so close there is nothing else in the picture. Company makes it impossible to speak to anyone who actually does anything. -1 star.

Don’t use a company they have Mickey Mouse retailers handling their parcels who are rude, arrogant and got attitude and when I couldn’t find my parcel, they told me to shut up and get out the shop I mean is service we are getting when we are collecting our I won’t use this company or this shop again

My address was incomplete on a VINTED parcel, even though my Vinted account shows full address. Went to a completely different block of flats, was only the fact that there was a ' delivery' pic, that I was able to find it! No flat number or block number on the parcel! Rubbish service!

They should swap the R for a D and be called DELAY

Farce
I trouble which is company they are disgrace unfortunately I have disabilities. Don’t make no effort to calculate the time it takes me to answer the door. I gave my phone number over 25 times and that still makes no difference. I even told him when I’m at the hospital makes no difference. This company is a falseso be careful if you’re going to buy. I would ask what company they use for deliveries thank you Peter Cassomini.

I wish I could give this less than 1 star. No attempt was made to deliver my parcel, instead they sent me a "delivered" message alongside a blurry photo of a random corner shop I've never seen before. Incredibly upset with this company and will actively avoid using them in future.

Parcel sent 12 days ago to a shop that was listed on the website as a collection point! She shop does not except Relay Parcels and does not want to work with them because they do not answer emails of messages!
No way to contact them other than email, they say they will reply within 72 hours but might take longer. 7 days later and no reply! Who knows where the parcel is! Shell i assume its lost!
