At what stage will Vinted & Shein step in and try to placate its customer base who are now hundreds of thousands of pounds out of pocket due to the complete failure of Relay’s ability to run a business?

The most frustrating delivery operator. They lost an item which ended up costing me £80 and it was too difficult to claim I gave up.

Also, when you order something to be delivered by them they pester you to pick it up instead of deliver. STOP sending me messages to pick it up… I selected for it to be delivered so just complete the job.

I actively avoid buying vinted stuff if relay is delivering

In the last 2 months they have lost 2 parcels. It’s annoying that some shopping websites just go straight to relay other than more reliable delivery services. Do not choose relay, they will delay your orders and make sure not to help you when you contact their help line. It’s a joke.

Absolutely diabolical company that deserve less than one star. Goodness knows how they have tricked Vinted into using their appalling service. Goods are not delivered on time. One item took 15 days to reach the recipient rather than the promised three! No tracking updates. Customer service are next to useless as they do not reply to queries. How on earth are this company allowed to continue trading? Beware – do not use!

Absolute nightmare of a delivery service. My 3 packages have been stuck in limbo for weeks with zero tracking updates. You cannot reach customer service, and there is no way to get a straight answer on where your item is. Avoid if you actually care about receiving your order on time.

Ordered a small item from ebay being sent from China directly to my home. Unfortunately it was being delivered by a company called Relay delivery, who decided to deliver it to some shop in my area without asking me. A text was sent to me saying my package was ready for collection . No information where it should be collected from no information even on their website using the collection code. The Chinese sellers found out for for me the shop where it should be collected. Unfortunately the shop refused to give me the item unless Relay gave me a QR code I contacted them online asking for a QR ode and got no reply. Ebay have said they will refund my money as I shouldn't have to go through this hassle especially when the item was supposed to be delivered to my home address but instead was delivered directly to a shop. Though this is partly the fault of the Chinese sellers.

Placed two orders with Shein, one was "attempted" on Monday but failed due to an issue with my address. I checked and everything is correct so I have no idea. Now, three days later they're still not trying to deliver order #1 despite Shein showing as issue resolved (even though nothing changed)
I do not believe they even tried as nobody else has issues finding where I live ... even Evri can find it and don't lob deliveries in a random gardens.

Absolutely horrific!! A parcel i posted 8 days ago seems to be taking a tour of the world... its only going from Liverpool to Wexham, I could of delivered it myself under 4 hours. Posting and delivery with this company is absolutely abysmal!!! Avoid like the plague!

I gave them a safe place to leave my parcel inside porch they could not have opened the door and leave it there instead they left it out side the front door and took a photo idiot now I am £69 out of pocket because no one is answering my emails (3064366)

Very bad service parcels go missing all the time never using these again will stick with evri and royal mail absolutely shocking service

I think at this point vinted need to serious remove these as a courier because myself and other people are all waiting on orders weeks have passed now and by looking at reviews it’s wide spread

Relay are by far the worst delivery company I’ve ever come across. They received my parcel as myself and the retailer have evidence they picked it up. But they stole it and cancelled my order, I wasn’t able to claim back delivery cost. They stole a precious gift for my grandson. Disgusting customer service and ignored every email I sent.

This is got to be the most unprofessional delivery firm going totally shit customer been waiting 2 weeks for parcel to be delivered still no update. Never using again obviously they can’t deliver on time it’s bullshit

Terrible lost 6 of my parcels this week.
Tracking is awful the worst ive seen.
Updates take days to update if it even updates at all.
Parcels may not even arrive...
Customer service is non exisentent...you submit a request through email and your told it will be reviewed in 72hrs and someone will get back to you....they absolutly never do.

AVOID USING THIS DELIVERY SERVICE
VERY BAD.

I NOW REFUSE TO USE THIS SERVICE TO BUY OR SELL ITEMS. And will now use every service but this one.

Use at your own risk of loosing your parcels. 0/10 trash service

No one responds when you "create a ticket".
Vinted need to cease trade with this shambles of a courier.
You've taken on more than you can chew Relay!

They make Evri look incredible!

If you are about to buy anything from Vinted, check if the courier is Relay and if so...DO NOT BUY. You wont receive the item.

I think I'd trust a blind carrier pigeon with one wing to do a better job

One star and that's being generous!! 4 parcels lost in a week, tracking never updates. Email's ignored, no contact number to call. Parcels ready for collection and not ever delivery,the list goes on! Dreadful courier service. Vinted need to stop using this shower of s**t company.

This company is terrible. Packages just stop moving after being picked up from the collection shop. I have paid them to deliver my package. If they are a delivery company that is what they should do.

Absolutely awful. Had a package with them being delivered from the USA that I ordered mid August. It got to the end of September and the tracking status still said "on its way." I sent numerous complaints and messages and only now have they admitted that the parcel was lost and they will get me a refund. But it's not just international shipping, even parcels shipped with them from the UK seem to get lost or take 3 weeks for a delivery that was supposed to be 3 days. I should've learnt my lesson the first time and just avoided them. Delivery that cheap will never be good.

Absolutely shocking delivery service. Needs closing down now .

Terrible company, I cannot believe anyone would ship with them. Ordered from Vinted and they’ve messed around with the parcel and provided mixed information, horrid communication. No idea what’s happening!
