Robbed in broad daylight!!
I ordered a fuel line for my 1996 Toyota 4Runner that was supposed to fit and all I did was pull it out of the plastic to check the fitting and now I'm out $175 for a brand new unusable part because they are crooks and dishonest people. It's obvious the part hasn't been touched but they refuse to return it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ITS WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY TO PAY FOR FACTORY PARTS!!!!!!!

Deceptive pricing
Deceptive pricing! I placed an order a week ago for parts that were supposedly in stock. they clamed they would arrive in 4-6 days. It's been a week and not only did I not receive the parts I bought and paid for, but they now want more money before they will ship them. This is deceptive and should be illegal. They claim it is "just our policy" and it is indeed buried in the fine print of their terms and conditions. it is not apparent before you check out. I feel like they are holding my parts for ransom. very rude customer service. I recommend you stay away from anyone affiliated with this company such as kia/hyundai parts now and others. If Auto Parts Prime is the parent company, you're going to get scammed.

Think twice before doing business with Autopartsprime.com
Easy to buy from Autopartsprime.com, and very difficult to return a part, they take very long to answer your email and when you reach the RMA department by telephone they will send you to some unreachable number. Getting your refund comes with 20% restocking fee, it’s 2 weeks and going and still no refund.
The next catch they would send you an additional shipping invoice bill for more money than the price previously quoted.
Auto parts prime.com, talks well, but no action, return tracking number with proof of delivery has been provided twice , still they haven’t stepped up, as this proves that are incompetent.

Don’t honor price listing
Ordered a product from them and after a few days they emailed me saying I needed to pay them more money inexplicably before they will ship my item. This is a dirty tactic that only dishonorable people use so I cannot recommend anyone doing business with this company.
